We say "I want moustache" - "Ja želim brkove" in Serbian, is it similar in Polish?? :D

Anyway, The "Papaoutai Plagiat Scandal" becomes bigger...
Twin Twin claimed to have composed the intro of "Moustache" before the song of Papaoutai was released. Studies tend to prove the 2 songs are really really (too) similar... I begin to believe that Moustache may be disqualified in the following days, which means the selection will be a real shipwreck ! xrofl3 Take that France 3

Can we make a list of all songs people claim "Moustache" sounds like

"Dur Dur D'etre Bebe"
"Papaoutai"
"Sexy and I know I Know It"

Anyone want to add any others

I'm not sure they will be either but this year France3 seem determined to do and be better at Eurovision this year and they may want to stop any hint of scandal xshrug

There was apparently a lot of criticism towards Amandine and the song last year. So much that France3 are holding their first national selection since 2007

Clearly they let the criticism from last year get to them and if this continues to blow up they may bow to the pressure again xshrug

Then why do they make a NF with 3 songs which are much weaker than 90% of what they've been sending internally for years?

Because France3 are still completely clueless about what's a success today and went for every Eurovision cliché/stereotype they could think of  The 3 choices are pretty much a complete 180 from the last 5 years!

Doesn't mean their not trying, their just sucking bad at it ;)

The only Eurovision cliché there is Joanna's ballad. Neither that "Moustache" silly thing or a boy band are typical ESC...

Exactly how big was "Papaoutai" in Europe :? If Twin Twin go to Eurovision will it be something that hangs over their heads or will this be forgotten in a month xthink I remember when talking about Stella Mwangi and "Haba Haba" in 2010 people constantly brought up "Waka Waka."

I feel like the comparisons have already taken off and spread pretty wide, people were already jumping on the similarity just from one listen to the 30 second clip . But if "Papaoutai" wasn't that big it won't mean much and we can move on xshrug, right :?

Papaoutai was pretty big, especially in Belgium and in France. As for its consequence, who knows. Moustache is pretty bad anyway, a comparison to a good song can only do it some good

Seriously, I don't see what's so similar between "Mostache" and "Papaoutai". I mean, "Papaoutai" was probably one of the best songs of 2013, while "Moustache" is just a silly and cheap invention. Both songs are not similar even in Twin Twin's best dreams

Yes, Papaoutai was the biggest tune of the year, along with Formidable by Stromae, Get Lucky and Blurred lines...

BTW, there is this... apparently...
EXCLU Twin-Twin Stromaé : Une étude musicale pour tenter de prouver le plagiat

And I know that one of the opponent team want to sue Twin Twin... :?

Anyway, this makes some news about Eurovision as this selection his the hugest Euro-flop ever ! xrofl3 No one absolutely cares there !
The only thing about Eurovision you can find is about Conchita Wurst. Far-right began to get interested in her, as their new idea is moral decadence and fighting against gender-free propaganda... xfacepalm

What else can you expect of this sick, brainless, neonazi people?

As if it wasn't easy enough to bash Conchita saying that her songs are big crap.

If I remember correctly, Stromae was also accused for plagiarizing Sim...
