I've been forgetting to post the Portuguese Liga results here. I'm gonna do it tomorrow. Anyway, things are going great for Sporting as we are currently in the lead tied with Benfica (but with a better goal difference), 2 points above Porto!

1/4 finals of Serbian Cup

Spartak Zlatibor Voda 2:0 Partizan

Nothing surprising - Partizan is eliminated from the Serbian cup! One catastrophic and horrible half-season in all aspects and beyond imagination just had to bring a result this. Spartak deserved to eliminate us, they outplayed us completely, they were aggressive since the start and knew what they wanted while we were doing what we do through the whole season - we played a play without a play. The players look like they were selected in a local school competition, just like always, they can't connect two correct passes and don't know how to cope with the situations when an opponent is pressing the last line of the team. Not to mention how we are defending the breaks.......

General is continuing his mission of destroying us, after a complete debacle on the European scene, defeats in both derbies in the :rs: league (Vojvodina and Crvena Zvezda), a number of defeats and ties in other small matches, now the elimination in the cup is on the menu. If he manages to find any club after this completely terrible result with Partizan, I will eat his own diploma in his name.

We have one more match in this year in the league, against Čukarički Stankom. It would be nice if we SOMEHOW find the way to win, although I am not hopeful. The only positive thing is that Čuka's form is in a fall, but they are a great team, and they weren't leaders in Superliga for nothing. I can't wait for this match to end so that I can rest from this bunch of excuses for professional footballers, coaches and management!

Full results of the 1/4 finals of the Serbian cup (the ones in "bold" are those that qualified to the semi-finals that will be played next year):

Spartiak -
Partizan 2:0
Jagodina -
Donji Srem 4:1
Sloboda Point - OFK Beograd 0:2
Crvena Zvezda - Vojvodina 1:3

* interesting fact: For the second time in a row, both Partizan and Crvena Zvezda are eliminated in the early stages in the cup, which never happened before in the history of :rs: cup!
And that just shows on what level both of these teams, as the biggest :rs: institutions in soccer are, again (derby showed it as well). Which is sad.

so sad what has become of my club. biggest joke club of Bundesliga
For me there is no hope that we'll stay in the league, despite we are still on safe place
When I watch f. e. Nürnberg playing... this is really quality football, they only have unluck.
well, I hope it happens a miracle

From now on I avoid drinking 7up... There are bad associations :D

Čukarički Stankom 0:1 Partizan

We somehow managed to win and take all 3 points on this very tough home field against the great team of Čukarički. Just like in almost all previous matches, the play was absolutely catastrophic, but we managed to find a way to score on some sort of individual quality, and we actually used the only chance we created on the whole match, while Čukarički missed 3 good ones.

With this victory we are "autumn champions", and we are ending the first half of the season on 1st spot with 1 point of advantage over Crvena Zvezda :) That is the only good thing. Everything else is for a complete oblivion and it requries a deep analysis as a horrible half-season like this musn't repeat again, and we certainly must raise the quality of our play + sign some players that will be reinforcments for the team if we plan to keep the title in our backyard.

"General" Vuk Rasovic will certainly lose the job in the following days, even despite the fact we are first on the table, as that is not a showing of our quality but a set of lucky circumstances, that many of our rivals were even worse. A debacle on the European scene, elimination in the cup, defeat in the derby, defeat from Vojvodina, a number of ties and defeats against smaller teams (Javor, Napredak, etc.....) are simply too much. There is no time for resting, as we didn't deserve it, there is a lot of work to be done...........

Full results:

Napredak 0:0 Javor
Donji Srem 1:1 OFK Beograd
Voždovac 0:2 Sloboda Užice
Spartak 0:0 Rad
Novi Pazar 1:0 Radnički Niš
Čukarički 0:1 Paritzan
Crvena Zvezda 2:1 Vojvodina
Jagodina 1:0 Radnički 1923

Marko Nikolić is no longer the coach of Vojvodina. During these 6 months he made a huge success with the team from Novi Sad, he wrecked :tr: Bursaspor, and he almost entered Europa League.

He will, almost 100 % certainly, replace Vuk Rašović on the bench of Partizan. It is just a matter of day when will he be promoted as the new coach of Partizan!

Vuk Rašović is no longer the coach of Partizan! The coach that had one of the worst results in the history of the club has lost the job today even despite the fact that Partizan is 1st on the table after the end of the first half-season. Ecen despite the fact I couldn't wait for this to happen, I wish Vuk to find a new job quickly, he is a good person, he left a huge trace in Partizan as a player, but Partizan is a too huge bite for him to cope with. I doubt he will manage to find any club after this terrific lack of knowledge he shown here, but as I said, I wish him all the best in the future career, he will forever be a part of Partizan.

The new coach of Partizan is, like I announced, earlier, Marko Nikolić who was leading Vojvodina since June 2013 until December 2013, and the coach that achieveda huge success with Vojvodina by eliminating :tr: Buraspor in Europa League qualifications, and also almost entered the group stage of Europa League.

Welcome Marko, and if you show at least half of the things you shown in Vojvodina, Partizan has nothing to be afraid of xbow xcheer :D

Crvena Zvezda is thinking of getting Dragan Kanatlarovski as a coach. He is currently on charge with Spartak Subotica (the team that eliminated Partizan in the cup..I guess that's why Zvezda is considering him ). He's coached Pobeda and Vardar before, but also the Macedonian team on two half terms (He won over Azerbaijan and Armenia with 3:0, tied Slovakia away, Czech Republic home (friendly), also the 2:2 qualifier home against the Netherlands, unluckily defeated by England home and Romania away. However, he is also responsible for the 1:0 defeat from Andorra xcrazy, so there you go). I thought he was a good coach. Though the games with Andorra placed a bad mark on his career and image.
