hm ... but one thing doesn't exclude the other. Työlki ellää was kind of nice, but hardly spot on for ESC BMO. Another try in the same direction doesn't hurt though.

Wiki says 11th in the semi (6th in televotes), so killed by juries. Missed the final together with among others Horehronie.

Finnish National Selection UMK 2014 is already receiving entries until September 16.
One of the jurors, rap singer Redrama, has told that he hopes more urban music in the contest, like rap or hip-hop, which is the most popular genre among teenagers and youngsters in the country. Some of the well known Finnish rappers, Aste, has already shown his interest to participate in the competition...
So...is Finland going to send another rap like in 2009 ? Maybe ahip-hop this time? We will see it next winter...

If they want to win they must finish that ''lets send something without fame'' thing.
I want to see Apocalytica+Tarja Turunen but i hope for a ''not so famous'' metal band like Korpiklaani.

I'm surprised we haven't seen any real Tango entries from Finland, seeing how it might actually work with much of Europe, but then, it's not very popular anymore, and i guess the public there (in Finland) won't vote for it.

In 2011 we had the "King of Tango" Marko Maunuksela in NF, but his song only reached the top 10, didn't pass through the top 3.
