And my second prediction, after the victory of the Netherlands, has also come true. Argentina won :geek: However, it doesn't end there. Today I told my father and I also commented on a famous Italian football forum that Argentina would either have won 4-0 by spreading or they would have won 2-1 by suffering (one of those typical round of 16 matches where the small team puts you in difficulty). The Argentine goalkeeper's late save is one of those actions that can make the difference between winning a World Cup and losing it. At the end of the World Cup everyone will remember the winning goals but it was that action, when the team was struggling, that made the difference. However, if you followed the predictions of the great Zerocalcare and bet, I'm sure you've already earned some money xbeach

Ultimately, in Italy one wonders why Scaloni doesn't let Dybala play. I guess because he has a too elegant game similar to Messi's. Therefore, Scaloni prefers to put players next to him who work on depth like Lautaro Martinez.

Great Argentina! :ar:xheartYou can win the World Cup! xyesHermanos :it: 🤝 :ar: A piece of Italy xcry

Great to see the redemption of :ar: after their awful first game. :nl: will be a tough opponent, but I'm confident Argentina will win... and hopefully we'll have a South American derby in the semifinals.

I love when weak countries defy the odds... except when the game include France, of course  xmetal :fr: :pl:

I don't feel like saying I'm disappointed in Poland. France was too superior. The Polish national team has failed, except at the beginning with the three missed chances within seconds of each other, to ever be dangerous. If Zielinski had scored Poland would probably have defended himself tooth and nail and France would have had to sweat seven shirts to win. England, who are second to none in terms of athleticism and have many quality players, are likely to be tough opponents for France. The transalpines, I remind you, are very strong in attack and midfield but they are not invulnerable in defence. The real tests that will tell us the truth about them will come later when they face stronger teams.

PS: Lewandowski in the national team in the competitions that matter is the shadow of himself. An immense player in clubs, any player in the national team.

P.P.S .: in the challenge between France and England he surprisingly cheered for the English.

There is always time to lose. The higher you climb the more the splash will hurt xqueenbitchMost of the time, remember, the world championship is not won by the strongest. Unforeseen events, penalty kicks and more solid teams that manage to make you play badly are tough obstacles to overcome. When a very strong team wins it does so only when it is so strong that domination is total but it doesn't always happen. Only Pele's Brazil and Spain in modern times have managed to do this. Argentina (especially) and the Netherlands, for example, due to the great quality that their teams have always had, should have received more prizes. Even Belgium, from the top of its golden generation, has brought home nothing.

However Mbappe, Rabiot, Griezmann and Giroud are super and Theo Hernandez is very attentive. The rest of the national team completes a nice picture (although I don't consider you invulnerable in defence).

Cross my fingers for Senegal but the more I think about the match the less I believe there is a chance for un upset.

I set my hope for surprises on the other bracket, especially the Group E/F crosses and the Portugal vs Switzerland match

But let's give Senegal a chance xpray

Jude Bellingham has been England's best player in this tournament, and he's only 19.

England vs France should hopefully be a great game. Hopefully a classic.

France has so many fantastic players, and your team is the current World Cup winners. But England are very hungry, and we have waited a long time for a cup from the men's team. I hope it will be an entertaining match on Saturday.
