I just wonder why that happened ... You could see that our team was no unity. Nobody truly FOUGHT to win. Guess there will be many questions arising in the next days and weeks. Well I have to see it positively: nowI can lean back and watch at the WC without pressure .... But still hope for the smaller football nations!

Very bad and disappointing tournament by our German team, we definitley deserved not to qualify for the next round.... now rooting for Croatia (Ante Rebic), Mexico (Carlos Saicedo) and Japan (Makoto Hasebe) :-)

4 years ago everyone celebrated the victory, like they did it on their own. A month later I met students in prague doing this embarassing "gaucho dance". Now they're claiming the world's end. They forgot this. I forgot the feeling of the goal myself, but I'm still happy about it. They deserved it today, but I will enjoy this world cup no more or less than before. Especially hppy for Sweden. What happened with Argentina is enough. The big names have to play football to deserve it. Argentina didn't and their still in. I would have been mad if Germany would've scored a lucky goal.

A young serbian team got eliminated today, hopefully they'll come back in 4 years. Congrats to Costa Rica for the goals, so now every team has scored at least one goal.

Brazil with expected easy win. They get better with every match, need Marcelo & Douglas Costa back tho.

England - Belgium gon be interesting .. 2nd place in that group seems to have the easier path to semis.

Deserved victory for Personally, I am satisfied with the approach in this game but we didn't believe enough. We wanted to win but we didn't believe. And, of course, it's a problem when you have to beat the #1 favorite for the title.


We missed our chances against If we didn't get the second goal, we would've been in the second round now But anyway, even though we are knocked out, we had what to show in all 3 matches and I am not disappointed with the general outcome. We should try to have some kind of continuity to expect something more.


We need to qualify to next EURO for starters.



I will be rooting for now and in the next round.

I only have two moods atm

1.

Both Brazil qualifying + Germany eliminated in the same day, too iconic. Everyone feel avenged of 2014 lmao. Ngl I watched Sweden x Mexico instead and was 100% afraid Mexico wouldn't qualify because of the loss but everything worked in the end.

Brazil's game tho...... I spent half of it with my back turned to the tv as we had more chances when I wasn't watching......... second half I was nervous, that time Serbia would have scored if Thiago Silva hadn't defended that ball with his body. Good game tho! Feeling sad for Marcelo tho :/

and the other mood..................

Brazil facing Mexico when they're both the teams I always root for + ON THE DAY I'M DEFENDING MY THESIS i don't even know if i'll be able to watch it

I was also hoping for both of our teams to make it through and that would've happened if we saved the tie in the second match. I am not too disappointed as this was our maximum for this point.

So now that two of my three favorite Teams (Germany, Island) are out, I am hoping for Japan to proceed. It would be wonderful if they could make it to the next round! Also hoping for Columbia today! Even when I predicted England or France to win this WC, I am very much hoping for either Belgium or Croatia to take the trophy home.
