If you don't want give the VPN route a try, consider Iceland. RUV have confirmed they will be presented an English version that will not be geoblocked.

Why the hell is it geoblocked in participating countries? :? I was considering going with the non-commentary version this year.

All PCR tests came negative for the Polish, Icelandic, Maltese and Romanian delegations.

Polish and Icelandic delegations will still remain in quarantine and will get tested on Wednesday and Thursday prior to the rehearsals and shows.
