For now I like semi 1 better, my Top 4 is there and aside from Norway there is no country in the bottom 5 of my ranking.
But overall I'm enjoying this year more than 2019, I gave much more 5-6-7 than 4.

If you ask me so far semi 1 is vastly superior if we're talking quality, but semi 2 seems to be more fun and has better variety.

I don't see it as a panic. Vast majority of people just continue with their lives. It's just that any sensible decision that will halt the spread of the disease pays with interest in the long run and it's the devil's own job to draw the line. It has to be drawn somewhere.

It took some time but 2020 has delivered a few entries I'm in love with. I was afraid of getting another 2002 or 2011 but it seems that it's slowly getting better + if Dotter wins, I will have a new contender for my all-time Top 10.
So far, I really enjoy listening to , , , , and - I also expect big things from Thus, I will probably end up having a decent Top 10.
Usually, I'm always that eye-rolling person when I hear "it's going to be the worst year ever" comments each year but this time, I was indeed very worried it might come true. Thank God(ney), it's a different case now.

I don't think Germany has any chance at all actually. We get music like that forcibly fed to us by radio stations, but that's within the context of other music just like it. When you put that song in a context of ballads, bangers and whatever we have for variety it's just a tired old song for many many people, which stands out because it's exactly the type of stuff we're sick of hearing all the time. Mind you, it's popular music for a reason and it will have a fine finish, at least top 10 I would say, but it's just nearly impossible for it to win. I expect a Switzerland 2019-type scenario.
