Not that much, but still...

2 bets, 2 wins. Plus 205,80 after Day2. Not bad for the beginning.

Very cute indeed. And I just read today that his daughters name is Emilia and that she was born in 2019. My niece was also born in 2019 and her nam is... also Emilia. I had to smile about this. :giggle:

And to be honest I have to say that Füllkrüg definitely has something. xheat
Wow - what a coincidence that is! And yes, when Füllkrug smiles, you can see his gap in teeth, so cute! He looks like a modern Viking somehow. hred

:hu: underdelivered, to say the least. Only one brief period of solid play, but all in all, a deserved victory for :ch: , a squad with huge team expereince and a squad that knows how to play big tournaments like this.

:hr: also weaker than expected but I am sure the next match will work out much better for them. Though :al: mustn't be underestimated. I really love how this :es: team on the field and Yamal may well be one of the highlights of this championship (already calling it).

:it: (as in most occasions) pulled as much effort as they needed to win and that was basically it. :al: may be an outsider in the group but they are certainly a team that can "claim" points from someone in the remaining two matches.

I think we can count on The Netherlands ... I feel, they will go far! As for England, that was quite disappointing. A Jude alone won't be enough. Hope they will show us better games!

I am satisfied with how we played against :en: , especially in the second half. I can never be happy when a match is lost, but overall, we had a good approach and we had our chances. We have shown that we can compete on a high level against one of the favorites for the title. With a bit of luck, we could've gotten a tie.

In any case, :sl: and :dk: are our chances and we need to do our best to get the optimal result in the next match.

:sl: played really well yesterday and I know this match will be very difficult. Hopefully, at the end of the group stage, it will be us and :sl: who will pass the group alongside :en: .

...

Also congratulations :nl: on winning their match as well. I am hoping for :pl: to pass the group stage until the end.

:be: just lost 0:1 against :sk:. For some reason they´re always named among the favourites before a tournament but rarely meet the expectations.

All the favorites struggle right now. France wasn't that convincing either. But it was the first game after all and we will see if the favorites will play on a better level the upcoming games. Let's see how Türkiye and Portugal will play today!

Oh well that was our worst game since Tedesco came

First of all I really didn't understand the decision to put Carrasco as LB, the man is an LW, it was already exposing ourselves defensively, doing this while you have De Cuyper on the bench is dumb. The players also had 0 intensity, in all our qualification and even friendly games the players played with such will and intensity, but here it looked like they thought they would win it without forcing themselves. About the players almost everyone played badly, Mangala was completely invisible, he's the reason why I'm ready to forgive Onana's performance 'cause man was just alone in midfield, I love Trossard but his game was absolute crap, Lukaku had soooooo many misses, Doku played like 15 mins then bye bye. The only good performance was from Casteels, and a little bit De Bruyne and Onana, Openda also shook things up when he got in (I really don't understand why Tedesco waiting so long to make the changes ?)

Next game play a real LB like De Cuyper, get rid of Faes and Mangala, play Onana/Tielemans in midfield or Onana/Vermeeren, Openda should start

The tournament started badly, happens, now let's show the world that this team has the actual mental strength to make things change

Ow I actually thought while watching the game "Milos should be raging at the moment", I expected way more from Serbia, England basically stopped playing after minute 20 and Serbia was too harmless to score, only real opportunity was that Vlahovic shot, I wish you would've scored

Hope that Belgium will be better against Romania. But so many favorites played weak so far ...

:ro: and :sk: positive surprises so far. I am very happy that our neighbors are coming back to the "big scene" like this. I hope they will keep up win the upcoming matches as well. :at: also, a team with great potential......I still see :at: as one of the dark horses of the championship.

:tr: - :ge: was arguably the most exciting match so far. Plenty of chances on both sides...I am sad that :ge: lost the match, they were so close to getting a great result, but I hope they will be more successful in the remaining two matches. And :cz: also showed great potential, I can't wait to see what they will do in the remaining matches.

Haha, no no! There will be time for raging if the following two matches don't go well but this one....

We played more defensively than usual (which is normal given the fact that we were the underdogs in this match and :en: is very strong forward) and this formation we also never played before. It was done tactically..........if we opened ourselves completely, maybe it would've been nicer for watching, but I can guarantee we would've lost way more convincingly. And people in :rs: mostly expected a defeat between 3:0 to 6:0  If this is basketball we were talking about, then expectations would be huge even against :us: but this is a different story

Vlahović didn't play on his natural position, that is why he wasn't as dangerous as he usually is + we had Tadić on the bench for 60% of the match (again because of the system we opted for), and we became more dangerous for the :en: goal when he came in. He means a lot when we are attacking and his assists often create scoring chances for us.

The next two matches will be different.......of course, if we don't deliver there, then there will be a lot of critique (with good reason), but at this point.....we have a good chance to get the result we need to pass the group stage. And time will soon show whether we are capable both mentally and technically for such a task.

Disappointing matches from :hr: . I think some players can no longer lead this team. Well done to Modrić for everything he did and the entire career but it is time for other people to take over.
