I think that Gündogan played really well in both matches! Neuer had some great moments today as well. Well, Füllkrug didn't find the "gap" today, but will in the next matches. ;) I hope that Germany will win in the last match ... otherwise we might play against England after the group phase.

Gündogan is a very fine player, and he plays good football as well. :p xheat

Great performance from :de: xclap This is the Germany I am used to. If they keep it up this way, I can definitely see this team making it all the way to the finals.

Congratulations to :sc: as well on getting a tie against :ch: . They still have chances to make it through the group stage and I hope they will pass indeed.

I fear :sl: will be one of the 2 worst 3rd Placer.
Would be good if they could come 2nd and become our next opponent.
We never had this before in a tournament.

We were.........disappointing to say the least. Against :en: it was understandable but yesterday.......we just weren't good. Sure, we had chances but this is far below the level needed for this level of football. :sl: was a better team.

Chances still exist........if we beat :dk: , we are through but that will be very hard to do. :dk: has shown once again that they are a very serious team. On the other hand, this is a better situation for us - we have a knockout match that we have to win in order to pass the group. Every time we were making calculations....it didn't end well. So now, if we don't win, we deserve to go home.

...

Other than our group, I have to say :es: is playing really, really well. :es: and :de: are the two best teams on the tournament and one of them will definitely take the title, looking at how things are standing now.

Many disappointing teams so far. Even France didn't really convince me. Not one goal in two matches. Interesting to know how Belgium and Portugal will be playing today. As for Germany ... I still don't trust them to get that far, my pessimistic part I guess. Happy if the team will prove me wrong though. :)

:pl: is the first nonqualifier of the tournament.

:ua: was good yesterday. Regardless of the convincing defeat in the first round, they will be a difficult opponent for everyone and I can see :ua: getting far. I feel sorry for the :pl:........a great national team, but similar to us.........there is always something missing. And the third game was underwhelming. On paper, :fr: is a convincing favorite here, but the games don't really show it for now. We will see how it goes.

So Belgium finally won. The third round will be exciting with each team now having 3 points. Everything is possible.

As for our group, I think it will be a draw between Germany and Switzerland tonight and both will be in the round of 16.

Lot of relief after yesterday's 3 points, good performance overall even though we can still do better in the finishing of our actions and also in our defending, we gave away too many chances for the Romanians to equalise, Casteels had a splendid game

One group game left, no excuses, we have to beat Ukraine

Each time Euro is about big 5: :fr::it::es::de::en:. And maybe :pt:or:nl: can make a surprise. How could this situation be interesting...? It's not at all like Eurovision, where you don't know each year who is going to win. And it really surprises me how all European countries want to compete in Euro, but less than 40 want to participate in Eurovision.

There are no "Big"-Countries here. This is not AFC, OFC, Conmebol or Concacaf.
