It's time for the rehearsals to finally get underway for Eurovision 2024 at Malmö Arena! 37 countries will begin their preparations for this year's contest today, with over two weeks of coverage to come from the ESC United team on the ground!

The schedule for rehearsals is below (thank you Eurovisionworld! All times in CEST);

You can check out Matt's pre-rehearsal live stream below in case you missed it;

DAY ONE

The team will be on hand to cover everything going on in Malmö over the coming weeks, so make sure to follow ESC United on Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube and Twitch to not miss a minute!

Please also use this thread for any rehearsal coverage and discussion, including for jury shows, dress rehearsals and the live shows!

I wouldn't expect much tbh. Feels like it's more likely that they would withdraw themselves rather than being punished by EBU.
To be honest this would be better for both KAN and EBU, but I don't know who'd act quicker. Obviously, though, the core Eurovision fandom sure wouldn't welcome Israel at this time. I will still be monitoring slowly on this.

Sorry hun. This weekend every year I'm like up for 19 hours a day, using like 5 devices all on a home VPN. It's way too much lag and stress.
I placed a combi-bet on Croatia being the best Baltic country, and the UK being dead last in televoting
Last one was risky, but I just knew, that staging was too gay even for ESC standards. People blocked me for it. But c'mon.
I mean, now I got what the gay sauna is, but Croatia is...

Balkan.

I feel somehow sorry for Martin. He is the face of EBU and some people who made decisions around the table that he had to sign.

Don't worry, he has his hit. Europapa is by FAR the most popular Eurovision song in the Netherlands since I was born. It's especially popular among children and it's just an instant classic. He will return a hero.
Yeah, I know and that's amazing. xheart What I meant was that he gets an international (i.e. outside of Benelux) hit as well.

btw, can I just say I hated how the 1-10 just automatically showed on the scoreboard instead of being listed first like in previous years.

My brother is the normiest of the normies in terms of Eurovision, and he said this gem.

"I want either Israel or Ireland to win".

The fandom is a bubble, and most normies are not only not informed about all this drama, but they're not even CLOSE to find about the drama in the first place.

Also, congrats Bambie for showing Ireland something to be proud about and hopefully RTE will NOT pick a retirement home song again next year.

The last interesting thing happening this night is to see how bad Denmark did in the semi.
