Wow, that was very brave. I didn't notice it.

"Tonight, nobody vote for their own country, but it's good to be able to vote, and it's good to have a choice. Good luck on your journey, Azerbaijan: Europe is watching you."

This is the complete quote. Really brave indeed!

Belgium lower than Montenegro?!
Netherlands lower than Georgia?!
I really do not want to do this, but at a moment like this I want to stop watching eurovision.

I'm so sad for Netherlands and Slovenia(especially for this one) finishing so low in semifinal

I wish Poland had taken part. :(

Who knows, maybe we'll join you guys and withdraw from the contest now. ;)
xyeah
Their commentators contacted us and said that Ukraine represents Poland this year. Not sure if they come back though.

Denmark won't withdraw because previously you've had pretty good results.

Agreed.

And it seems Sweden will do fine without us anyway.

So grateful for the Finish points by the way, especially considering the way Sweden screwed us over completely.
Denmark finished 5th last year and 4th two years ago...calm down! For God's sake one year out of the top 5 and you become so dramatic!

Hahah, Albania got the same number of points in the semi and in the final! :D And if you rank the top points in the two semis you pretty much get the results in the final. :D

I'm so thankful for Loreen. She saved this show for me and gave me my favourite song of 2012. Almost been listening to it everyday since it was uploaded to Youtube.
Hopefully her victory will have an improving effect of the standard of next year. Too much cheese in 2012, but luckily the golden stood out in the end.

so very good to see all my favourites do so well. Germany in 8th, Moldova in 11th, Serbia in 3rd, Estonia in 6th, Azerbaijan in 4th. My top 5 were all there!

Considering our "good" ESC relationships I hope that Ukrainian delegation will enter/cross the Swedish border

Hah, that's awesome. A joined tribute to the up-coming Euro 2012. :D
There seem to be a fair share of ESC-fans wanting them back, but although I hope, the prospects of having them back doesn't look too good at the moment. :/

Also year by year I'm able to guess the 8, 10, and 12 points from most of the countries. The juries didn't change anything (or they vote regionally too)

Actually they did. This year the top ten had 5 western countries and 5 eastern countries (well if you consider Estonia a western country which I do 'cus they're culture is closer to Scandinavia than Ex URSS and they usually vote more for Scandinavia) and in the last 5 winners 3 were from a western country.......
