I would like someone like Oh Land representing Denmark in the future. Songs like 'Wolf & I' or 'White Nights' would not only be lovely but could also bring a very high place for Denmark! Her genre is indie pop. I get though that impression that well-established acts mostly avoid DMGP or am I wrong? I know that Fyr & Flamme are not nonames in Denmark nonetheless.

I don't mind the concept at all - it's just the chorus of their MGP entry and his live vocal that I find questionable.

When I listened to the studio version the first time, I thought the song was maybe the best, but their voices sounded a bit strange, and I expected them to do badly on stage. And so they did. It's actually the second time in a row that an MGP favourite fails miserably in the live version. Last year, it was "Human".

According to some they also came across as a really creepy duo. I've even read about 'incestious vibes', yikes. I did not find them all that creepy, at best slightly unsettling.

More like 1985 than 'early 90s' but this sound has persisted for a while.

Well, Iceland and Finland are both in semi 2. They might not properly belong to Scandinavia, but for sure Denmark is going to get at least 6/7 points from Icelandic televote and 2/3 from Finnish one.
