We can finally reveal that our song I Stand VON the Eurovision Song Contest in Czech Republic. The awesome artist Gaba Gunčíková will be performing this song in the finals in may here in Stockholm.

The song is written by me, Sara Biglert and Aidan OC. I've produced it and the song have a amazing orchestral arrangement by Andreas Hedlund. Björn Engelmann made a clean mastering of the track and Apear Studio provided us with a great studio during her visit here. Thank you everyone!

We wrote this song in a matter of weeks after we decided just to compose and produce music to feel good, and not for money anymore. It means a lot to me and everything that happens from now on is just a party. smile emoticon

At first listening I was having mixed feelings about this. Probably I expected something different from Czech Republic. There are some parts that I really love, tho...I guess I have to wait for the live performance to clarify what I feel about this song.

THE VERDICT:

This song is miles better than last year's song. It reminds me of Jessica Simpson's "I Wanna Love You Forever", which has big sounding instrumentals and very sweet sounding vocals. I had a bit of goosebumps when listening to this song. I see this song in the Final, and if it doesn't win, it'll at least be in the Top 5. 12 points

My comment will be much more detailed than my previous one.
So, has really decided to impress us since Marta&Vaclav in 2015. I feared this song would be a mess because... I didn't know if Czech Republic would be able to amaze us once more, and.. wow! that's very good. I mean, I didn't expect such a masterpiece for 2016 as far as every songs are average or bad, and this...!!!
Let's focus on the singer itself.

She's very charismatic, beautiful and seems to have strong vocals.
Moreover, I think she's kinda as passionate as Marta&Vaclav when she's singing, and that's awesome how she does manage to make her song more alive.
Then, that's a good decision from CT to have choosen her.

In regard to the song, that's flawless.
I have nothing to say here, apart from the fact that's strong and powerful.
