I didn't receive any mail from HRT but from an unofficial conversation - we're definitively out from JESC2015 and ESC2016 has a very big questionmark.

Keep faith, look at your neighbors: Slovenia and Montenegro qualified twice in a row, Serbia returned and got a 10th place... If Bosnia is willing to try again, then you have NO reason to stay out. I miss my whole Balkan family

And next year I want all of you to take over the contest and steal the tickets to the final, please join forces and get us out of Scandinavia

It is not about those "reasons". It is about negative opinion toward eurovision of few (crucial) people at our tv...

I guess their negative opinions are partly based on recent failures though, you wouldn't have withdrawn otherwise.
Did those people gave an explanation about Croatia withdrawing in 2014? I don't remember.

I think that they said something like: " Financial this......financial that......"

But honestly, financial my a**! They are just being salty and this is their way of expressing it. Unfortunately, they are the ones who have the final word.

It is actually not connected that much with results but their person view on eurovision. They think it is some trash manifestation, full of kitsch and gays, and not worthy of our participation because it is no sense and under our (but read THEIR PERSONAL) level. That's what sum up their opinion toward eurovision.
