It is not official...yet. But according to all rumors, that is what should happen...if HRT (again) doesn't change it mind...
Soon after eurovision, there appeard this article (in one of most relevant Croatian newspapers) that says Croatia is back and represented by Nina Kraljić.

Back in October 2014, our HOD told that The Voice winner will be our representative at esc. He is also PR of The Voice show. The Voice Croatia lived up to all expectations, new season already started with auditions and then it is to be expected to live up expectations connected to eurovision too.
In this article, journalist says that "unofficial sources are people from HRT"...also, just few weeks ago, at HRT forum (by some persons that supposedly know some people at HRT) appeared rumors that comeback is confirmed and that it is most probably Nina Kraljić (or some other The Voice candidates).
Anyway, I believe we will know more in few weeks as during September should arrive official statement of HRT. But that's the time HRT confirms or rejects participation at esc anyway, so we will know decision no matter what.

You need to come back anyway. Your absence annoys me tbh, Serbia returned, now it's your turn
You withdrew after your participation in Sweden, so coming back in Sweden would be logical. Even if you've been underrated multiple times, I'm sure lots of people miss you. No more black hole in the Balkan reagion, I love me some Croatia.

JESC - Croatia – On 23 June 2015, the Croatian broadcaster Hrvatska radiotelevizija (HRT) revealed that they would not participate at the 2015 contest. On 28 August 2015, the Croatian broadcaster Hrvatska radiotelevizija (HRT) stated the final decision for the country’s participation in Sofia will be made in the coming weeks.
Not sure if Vladislav Yakovlev is trying to negotiate with HRT or they misunderstood and thought it was about Eurovision.
But we might be on JESC stage again too...but if they do same thing as last year (pick a random artist not caring if he/she has a good song) I'm not sure if it's a good idea.
I would LOVE to see Croatia in Sofia but with a decent song.

It is HRT...When someone asked them in April if they go to esc (which is btw, in May) they told: "we will consider" (probably in attention to sound diplomatic)

ESCplus sended them an e-mail and they've wrote that they are still considering. Now I've sended them an e-mail in case someone doesn't understand English, but still answered them.

GOT AN E-MAIL FROM HRT!!! They've said that "they still didn't made a decision and that the public will found about it in the next days". That means that Yakovlev was thinking about Croatia when he wrote that tweet.
