From most of the comments I read, some people want FSC 2... jeez... this is not suppose to be like this! Only me, doctormalisimo and Trece suggested new stuff. The rest is just ripped from FSC :?

When the USA, Sweden and Croatia juries have like 50 members each it wont be fun for anyone else. Maybe there should be a rule that you cant be in a jury for more than 2 or 3 months?

A rule like this was suggested, and I'm fine with this. Once we end our 3 month stay in a jury, we would be able to switch juries to another country.

Why did you decide about USA and Sweden?
Moreover, few would want to be one of 10 members of the jury and to have fewer rights
It is better to choose another country and be there "boss"

I would probably join that one to test out if it turns into a supermegahits contest or not. Would be cool if it wouldn't turn up like that.

I like old songs AND new songs as well. You can find great stuff in every decade. That's why I don't want any restrictions regarding song's release date. Although I wouldn't mind some rule that would ban songs released in last 10 months, for these songs we have FSC

It depends what do you mean by "supermegahits". For example, I love many 80s songs which had medium success in the charts, I mean they still were in the charts, just not the top places.

These questions are more or less decided. What other suggestions would be?
Who will write the rules to send at correcting?

Let us decide about time. I have already suggested that a monthly schedule. We will not touch semifinals, because we can change the rules over time.

Nope, but Viola Per Sempre was 5th at NSC 55 then hosted NSC 56.

Well,Croatian jury in FSC has 10 members

and if all the Croatian FSC members join the Croatian jury here, it'll be just like FSC. If I decide to take part (I havent decided yet, but I may join to see if I like it or not) I would never join the Irish jury since I can send those songs to FSC already. I'll challenge myself by joining with obscure countries like Honduras or Namibia or Cambodia. This new contest needs an identity, and it wont get that if we send songs we already send to FSC/NSC.

At FSC sent only new songs.
But you're right. For example, I love a lot of Portuguese and Brazilian songs, but FSC is usually crap. But becoming a member of the Portuguese jury I can send my favorites songs under the flag of Portugal (just example)

Also I suggest it being somewhat shorter... 3 weeks is enough imo and it would differ it from FSC... 1 week is enough to listen to the songs anyway
