that means that either we are too powerful and others are as equally corrupt and scared to do anything about it or there is no s of evidence to claim that we somehow bribed Maltese jury. So, what is it?

Before questioning Maltese votes for Azerbaijan in 2010-2013, please tell me how many countrie did promo-tours to Malta every and each year? How many countries promoted their entries in radios and TVs of Malta every and each year? How many countries and nations spoke positive about Maltese entries and awarded them with some points every and each year?
