Malmö's stage > Finland & Norway
Malmö's hosting > Finland, Norway and Germany
Malmö's production > Finland, Norway and Germany

;)
Stage: Finland (nothing beats that stage!) > Sweden > Norway
Hosting: Germany (ANKE!) > Sweden > Finland > Norway (just plain boring host)
Production: Meh, don't know about this one, i would put Germany slightly in front Sweden though, Finland and Norway were just ok

Why Denmark could not buy something but Azerbaijan could? Only because of its corruption rate according to Transparency International? Then screw all ex-USSR, some Balkan countries along with Italy, they all have low-index according to that agency.

Because I don't believe that happened, Denmark was always a pre-favorite so it's not some shocking results xshrug

Everyone are free to believe what they want though...

Really? Finland a nice stage? ... I mean it was alright but oh well...

Hosting in Germany was kinda dreadful, Anke was alright but the other two? I mean one could ignore their existence, but they were still hosts

Stage-wise though I think Germany is the winner here...

Nothing beats German punctuality, but ... Sweden was a better host :p

I think it's a tie between Sweden and Norway ...

Well I guess we just have a diffrent taste :D
But I have to agree on Germany ... of course :geek:

where i said something about hostings in Scandinavian countries? I don't like Swedish hosting only for new stupid rules and favoritism of Denmark. all other was great (almost) and only because there weren't such things in previous hostings, i think that Malmö had the worst

Actually, Azerbaijan did get a fine by EBU itself after the blurring scandal, so those allegations are true.
Except you claimed it was due to blocking the phone lines. I was the one who corrected you, so of course I know they blurred the number. I was the one who brought it up. That, however, does not translate into "Azerbaijan is totally cheating when it comes to buying votes!".

Also, the vote rigging in Malta seems to be pretty accurate tbh...
Based on zero proof.

And the interrogation thing seems so crazy, but it hasn't been proven untrue though xshrug
Except the claim was that 46 people were arrested. I was the one who disproved that claim, stating that only 43 people voted for Armenia and that it was reported that "some of these people" were interrogated. So of course I know that's true.

Me correcting two lies/pieces of misinformation is me living by the "Fair's fair" idiom. What the Hell was this post of yours supposed to argue? That I'm a great person who speaks the truth? No, seriously. What was your point?

However, I'm not saying I believe in the video or anything, tbh I have no opinion on it, but if it was true... my bet is that those are locals that have been approached and not Azeris... which imo would be the more logical scenario if it actually is true.
Why would Azerbaijan sent out agents to approach locals to approach others to cheat? Makes absolutely no sense. Especially not if the locals they engage aren't even actual locals but immigrants who seem to not speak the local language.

Apparently, the juries have the power to pretty much completely nullify the televotes if they chose to:

It goes both ways.

Yeah, they were just existent in the opening minutes really

Idk, i think that our stage was a bit too simple really to stand out, everyone could have made an LED wall.

You really had to headline I and me ? ... that's just silly. I even admit that I didn't remember it totally, but you obviously seem to think it was ok regardless.

Common sense and it's been reported in different sources. Is it true? Well, it all points in that direction, and you can't prove it's not so xshrug

I didn't talk about the amount of people or anything, I just mentioned it.... and yeah it could very well be true, so what if a source happens to differ with 3 people ? xshrug

Makes perfect sense if true since Azeris are also Russian speakers, but hardly Lithuanian speakers... and Lithuania has a Russian speaking minority so it would be easiest to approach them, and many others know Russian aswell, so it would be the most logical way to approach if there's any truth to that video at all.

Those two guys in the video were Slavic and taking into account their accent I can state that they were definitely not from Azerbaijan. In general, there is a small Azerbaijani community (about 1000 people) in Lithuania and many of those people speak Lithuanian too.

No, the point as that you were speaking to me in a post replying to and quoting a post of mine as if I'd argued against points I'd actually argued for. For absolutely no reason.

According to someone who speaks Russian in this thread, those people are not actual Russian-speakers or at least Russian-speakers who speak it as a first or second language because they speak it really badly. That said, the "Russian-speakers in Lithuania" argument isn't even the most important argument of my case against that video.

I never said that they were Azeris though, that's other peoples' claims.

I said that IF there's any truth to that video, the most logical way (imo) would be if someone from the Azeri team approached locals in some form to do this "work" for them...

However, I don't believe anything with this video tbh, I have no opinion on it really.

Huh?

If they belong to the Russian community in Lithuania, but are second generation or something, then it wouldn't be too strange if they had an accent (if they were taught to speak Lithuanian in school etc.).

I'm just thinking what I should have done if I wanted this, then I'd also approach someone from a local community whom I can communicate with and ask them to do whatever I wanted for me, of course they'd get paid for doing that.

However, once again I don't have any opinion on that video, I'm just speculating how it could have happened IF true.

So... Belorussian people were sent by Azerbaijan to Lithuania to find some Russian-speaking Lithuanians to vote for Azerbaijan? Worst. Plan. Ever.

The thing is everybody can make this video. I respect your opinion but thing about that making million dollar deal on the cafe? who will go for this risk?
