I really adore French!

I wish that I could speak French more frequently. It's not easy to find people with whom I can speak French. But I do my best, there are still a lot of expressions and vocabulary that I would like to learn.

If I could be of any help, just ask ! Nous dirons : parlez-vous français ? La langue de l'amour et de l'été. Voilà c'est une chance d'un cours de vacances. Mais honni soit qui mal y pense ! xrofl3

Do you use your Latin or Old Greek sometimes?

Not anymore, shamefully. But there was a time (I was still young, beautiful and smart ;)), when I was Latin teacher.

Your comments are so funny! Now I have a beautiful smile on my face. A nice way to start this day, merci! :D

It would be great if we could speak French - I'll send you a private message. ;)

For the record : don't try to learn your French with Baccara ! Their is pretty awful (Laissez-moi prier de voir les lumières d'une jolie manière xcrazy), almost as awful as Fredrik Kempe one...

you never say that ? ooooh !

Je t'aime amouuuur quand j'ennnntennnd la voiiiiiiix xsing
xsing Je t'aime ma vie c'est jaaaamais sans toiiiiii

xbow to the French skills !

I remember the first time I listened to the song, I was intrigued because the title is in French, and at the end of the song, I listened to it again because I didn"t understand where was a part where there were some words in French... xrofl3

It's torture ! Pure torture for a French-speaker ! SOOC

And the non-sense ! He should at least have written : Je t'aime, amour, quand j'entends TA voix. At the first listening, I asked myself : "Mais de quelle voix parle-t-elle ?" ("But over which voice does she speak ?")

Part of me (the most) loves this, especially the emotion in the performance and of course his terrific voice. Still, there's something awkward and inappropriate with this devotion or should I say love for mother. I guess the text could have been sung with another feeling, but then it would probably never have reached us. So I understand why the song is as it is. I guess it could go very well in ESC with massive voting for dear Axel, but the theme is really stopping it from going all the way. A pretty unusual situation I'd say, when the text and theme of the song has a major impact on the results

Yesterday evening, Axel was back on the set of "The Voice Belgium", this time as guest. You can find his performance here : Axel Hirsoux - 'Mother' : RTBF Vidéo

Natasha Saint-Pierre had very kind words for him. She said that he has grown a lot as person and as artist and that she's proud of him. She wished him good luck, recalling that her participation in 2001, also in Copenhagen, has brought her luck and success and that it was the real beginning of her carriere. She hopes that it will be the same for Axel.

On a funny side, Maureen Louys, our commentator and recurrent spokesperson, gently butchered Donna Summer. But it was for a bet : Le défi de Maureen et Adrien : RTBF Vidéo
