https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heute_(österreichische_Zeitung)
Heute is the biggest free newspaper in Austria and with 13% the 2nd most read daily newspaper in Austria (only behind kronen Zeitung).
They retracted it because:and they retracted the article in question.
I‘ll join you equally fatigued then Bye Autriche bye.BTW. My drag name would be Audrey ChienneAnyway, this is all going to be a fuss for nothing because when Austria reveal whatever insipid IMRI-esque slutpop they've decided to fatigue us with, everyone will be ignoring it anyway :-) Except for the Austrian cultists, ofc.
Q: The ESC can be a career boost - or the end of it.
Vincent Bueno:
I'm not afraid of failure. It's like this: From the moment you are on TV, you are celebrated. If something goes wrong, you will be crucified. It doesn't hurt me. There are much more important things in life. I'm very grounded in that regard.
Q:
You were a background singer for Nathan Trent at the ESC in 2017 - what insights did you gain from this?
Vincent Bueno:
It was like a school-trip for me. I think the time in Kiev was breathtaking and fantastic. I was on the big stage and for a short moment I was very happy that I didn't have to carry the whole thing and only had to be in the background.
Q:
You have already won a competition with the ORF format "Musical! Die Show". How did this win affect your career?
Vincent Bueno:
I was 21 at the time and was super hyped in the moment. I didn't know how to deal with it. Accordingly, I have had many highs and lows. It has been a great trip and to this day I can say that I can make a very good living from it. I love both worlds - to be on stage as a singer and in musical theatre.
Q:
Can one see you currently in a musical theatre production?
Vincent Bueno:
From February on I will play in "Rock My Soul" at the Vienna Metropol Theatre. After that there will be a Musical in Vienna, of which I am not allowed to reveal anything yet.
Q:
You were born and raised in Vienna and have Filipino roots - how important is your origin to you?
Vincent Bueno:
It is important to me not to forget my roots. When I speak with my father, it's always in Tagalog (Filipino, note) because he doesn't speak German very well. My mother speaks like a Viennese. A little Philippina in Viennese, that sounds interesting.
Q:
Your life was not always easy, a few years ago you and your wife lost a daughter shortly after birth.
Vincent Bueno:
We were very open about it. It was an important time for me to process this story together with my wife. A year ago we got our rainbow child. (It means babies, who were born after stillbirth or miscarriage, note).
Omg, I can't wait till March to go on YouTube and give a big old dislike for his song.
For sure. Why else would she keep this thread ALIVEMust be a pretty boring life then
