Armenia used to be one of my favourites, but in the end the well-produced yet aggressive and overly pretentious song didn't quite do it for me. I believe her vocal performance was better during the semi-finals. Iveta was clearly disappointed with the result, I think she could be proud, even though it might take some time.

Not that the entry was bad but I'm still surprised by how well this did. If I were Armenian I would be proud.

Literally everyone else was shocked it didn't do better and you're surprised it did that well. How is that?

Well, bash me, but I'm relieved, this didn't win. For me it's still one of the weakest entries this year. Watching the performance for the second time even this lost a lot of the appeal I felt at the semi. And her attitude at the press conference really annoyed me.

I think of the more hyped songs this was really one of the few good ones. I'd put it above the similar styled Latvian song from last year. And the stage show was actually more about the singer than the effects in some ways, certainly in terms of this contest. She had way more presence than many of those above her, such as the Russian, Ukrainian or Swedish to name just a few.

I think because I did not get into the ESC train this year until tuesday's night. And even when I did so I never care to read about favorites and things alike, I like to keep the surprise factor until the very end.

According to my personal taste it did very well. To that I'll add the competition level of this year and the fact that it performed last, always having less time than the other countries to collect votes.

I would be shocked if it did better than 7th regardless of what people who follow the show more closely than myself might think.

To be honest, I find her appearance, her confidence and her loud voice quite intimidating. She seems to be a little bit too perfect to be likeable. I can imagine some people find her presence off-putting.

I would die to be as confident as she is though :)

Maybe others made up for lack of presence with more special effects, but some of that stuff was so overdone in this contest at times. Variety is good and a few performers who can really get contact with the audience are needed in there.

Who is this everyone exactly? I really give it credits the way Iveta performs her song. The best she possibly could. But the song itself is not much of a thing if you ask me. 7th place is quite fine for this song, considering also her performance.

Her vocals did NOT sound good in the final.... off pitch and very harsh! Too bad!

I agree with Fluke, she was one pitch too low, couldn't she hear herself? SF > Final performance.

She lost some points in televoting as her performance was not great. In semi she sounded better. Maybe she was nervous. Anyway, congrats Armenia, top 10 is a good result!

I think being last didn't help though, people are just tired of the songs by then. I don't see how the Ukraine song was better.

For me this was one of the best songs this year!Underrated,it deserved top-3!At the semis her performance was better, the camerawork had difference between the semis and the final...i hope this has nothing to do because of the EBU's punishment about the flag....cause it could be unfair!!!!This song is so different from all the others!Plus Iveta's staging...I am some kind of dissapointed it losts top 3
Anyway....great job Armenia!xheya

THIS! I didn't understand why people were so happy with singing at the very end. Dima in 2008 was an exception (also, two fewer countries in the final)

I think the juries punished her a little. I just can't get my headaround the fact that quite a few juries gave her no points at all? Like really?

Her performance during the semi made me fell in love with this entry but during the finale this lost some spark for me. Anyway I am so happy for her result and placement, I wouldn't have minded to see her even higher xheart
