A-lister, you get really annoying, do you know it?

I'm not the one going on with this silly conspiracy theory on each page.

If it makes me annoying for calling you out on it, then I'm gladly annoying then.

A-lister, as I told in my previous posts I have no interest at all to discuss it with you so please stop bothering me. Thanks in advance!

If you write such nonsense better expect people to react on it whether you like it or not. This is a discussion forum, it's not up to you to decide who can and who can not react at your posts as you put it for all to see, if you didn't want any reaction, you should have not posted it in the first place right?

It's fine if you call me annoying for using my right to react to what's been written in here, but what I find more annoying is now that on almost every major ESC site you spread this conspiracy theory.

Don't take it personally though, my reaction would be the same towards anyone writing and agreeing with this, my comment is not against you personally, it's against this theory you're spreading.

Fine if you want to spread this conspiracy theory, that's your business, but then again be prepared that some will actually react to it aswell.

A-lister, I am very open person. If I dislike something I write it openly and if I do like I also share with my thoughts. Conspiracy or not but this is definitely not a positive fact what I see in those lyrics and I still hope I am wrong. Anyway good luck to Armenia and I hope they pick up an entry which could be at least a step forward for our bilateral relations too. Let's see

I am also like that, that's why I reacted to it. Really, don't take it personally though, however I do think it's really exaggerated. We can only guess if there's a hidden meaning in there or not, but your "facts" for it are just nothing but your own interpretations.

Anyways, they say Eurovision is bringing countries together, let's hope for that.

And if we speak about peace then why not to come and peacefully sing a proud song without any negative hints or so?
The song is about peace. Just read the lyrics.

I'm not going to even discuss "always" and "running" because it's just silly. :) As for "fire" you should know that the word in this context stands for shooting with weapons and not burning of Azerbaijani oil. :) Just drop it already!

Are Azerbaijani fans in the arena really going to boo a song about peace?! :D

Re: ARMENIA 2012

Qele_Armenia, yeah sure let me say that is only multiple coincidence but then I wonder how come that I can not find any song at least in the recent history of ESC with so many coincidences in negative regard to names of previous entries of Azerbaijan and especially its symbolic name and motto at this contest?

From the very beginning I was totally fine with Armenian participation and I thought maybe it is a good chance to improve at least some parts of our relations. It is hard to get a long-term peace by any song contest or so but still why not to show a good will, why not to make first steps?

And if we speak about peace then why not to come and peacefully sing a proud song without any negative hints or so? Is it so hard for you?

the motto of the contest was invented some couples of days, while the song was composed in May. feel the difference? ;) I guess you have a vivid imagination :)

Dorians’ song for Eurovision 2012 – call to the whole humanity

The song for the most probable candidate to represent Armenia in “Eurovision 2012” “Dorians” rock music band is already ready. “This is our world” song lasting 2:46 minutes and the music video for it have been shot in a week. The author of the song is Arman Pahlevanyan, the words belong to Vardan Zadoyan. In spite of the decision of Armenia’s Public Television to publicize the name of Armenia’s participant and the song till March 18, it is not excluded that Armenia will be represented at the song contest in Baku by “This is our world song”. “The song differs with its sense and content, it is addressed to the whole humanity,” producer of the band Vahagn Gevorgyan said, speaking to Armenpress.

Not knowing the possible developments, the band prepared this song, which, in Gevorgyan’s opinion, is a song Armenia would like to voice, especially on Azerbaijani stage. The producer convinced that irrespective of the format of Armenia’s pre-selective phase, members of the band are ready to depart for Baku and represent Armenia at its worth in case of having security guarantees. “The song also calls to waken and think for a moment what we are doing,” Gevorgyan said. Earlier the soloist of the “Dorians” music band Gor Sujyan told Armenpress that participation in the Eurovision is secondary for him, he treats this song contest first of all as a big music holiday. The premiers of “This is our world” song and music video in the Internet and radio stations February 6 were accompanied by hot response of fans, discussions and congratulations.

Re: ARMENIA 2012

Don't even try to put your words to my mouth. I just told there are some hints in the lyrics, that is it.

And I'm just saying for those supposed "hints" to work these words should be Azeri ;)

Nope, these words can represent Azerbaijan or Azeri culture or even hint at their conflicts in the past :p
In such tense relationships anything can be interpreted in both ways...

I'm not interested in all of this this tbh. At all.

As for Dorians - they aren't even considered as the real/main competitors by the broadcaster. Gohar was pretty cold/official towards their participation. She said that people can contact the broadcaster and suggest their songs if they want to participate but there's no official song selection process. The broadcaster will make one clear decision. Maybe even not among those sent songs )))

Well this is sort of my point...

Oh well, the interpretations say more about the interpreter than the lyrics in the first place.

Re: ARMENIA 2012

This Sankil guy can't sing. Besides, wasn't this rejected by the Austrian committee anyway? Now, why should Armenia get the leftovers? ;) I'm sure there are more capable musicians in Armenia to represent the nation. Dorians, for example.
