Well, it's in the same language. To be honest, I don't know if anyone will like it, but I love it.

As promised, it's time to reveal Moisantia's entry, but first let's reveal the picture clues:

PICTURE 1 - The sun rising = Land of the Rising Sun = Japan (the country of origin of the artist and song)
PICTURE 2 - Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Slayers Next, an anime series (the song is the theme song from Slayers Next)
PICTURE 3 - A really rubbish picture clue; the only important words are the last three "Give A Reason"... that's the name of the song!

So our entry for WLSC #34 is...

**Note - the video doesn't actually contain clips from Slayers Next but rather different anime - the clips with the full version of the song that had Slayers Next clips had either bad sound quality or weird extra audio parts at the start layered over the intro, so don't hate if there are any anime fans here **​

Ok, so sadly Megumi didn't attract many votes and we finished 14/16 (but only thanks to two non-voters...)

As for the next edition, I decided tonight to keep the energy level high (sorry for those that might groan) and I'm honouring my favourite DJ turned producer, CALVIN HARRIS! This guys latest album "18 Months" has been the soundtrack to my weekends for months now, and I am shocked that so many of his perfect dance tracks have escaped exposure in the NSC community. Of course, it might be that no-one will vote for them, but I'm confident that all of the tracks below would represent Moisantia perfectly as they are all awesome!

So here they are:

CALVIN HARRIS NF - MOISANTIA WLSC #35

01. I NEED YOUR LOVE (feat. Ellie Goulding)
This track incidentally is my current alarm-tone! Heard it first on Ellie's amazing Halcyon album and have loved it ever since - a perfect melodic piece of no-sense dance-pop!

02. WE'LL BE COMING BACK (feat. Example)
One of the best collaborations of last year for me - a fantastic vocal melody and I just love the build-up through the first chorus with the rising melodic scales.

03. LET'S GO (feat. Ne-Yo)
I'm shocked that no-one chose this for one of the main NSC contests - it seems like a very Pot 1 entry! This was the turning point for Calvin in my eyes - when he truly found his new sound and his mojo

04. DRINKING FROM THE BOTTLE (feat. Tinie Tempah)
My current drug - this track is his latest single and is playing in every single club in Glasgow at the weekend right now. It was also the song that I remember making a complete twat of myself to during our Christmas party at work!!

I wouldn't send these tracks, as I know I'd get the complaints that the vocalists aren't Scottish (much like when Australia sent David Guetta feat. Sia - Titanium, even though that made more sense to me). Calvin Harris seems to be more of a silent partnet in the majority of more recent collabs he's done, so if he was in WV it would be one of his slightly older tracks without collaborators

Yes, I know that "technically" they are perfectly fine, but I know that there will be plenty of people that will dismiss the song because of such a trivial thing and claim that it shouldn't be representing Scotland if the singer is from another region or nation. That's just my opinion though

Featured in virtually every contest ages ago, that's where! I wanted to feature only songs that I hadn't seen in contests here, so RiRi was never getting a look in...

Thanks to Biflovatia and Doire for the votes - Moisantia's delegation gave their votes before the NF began, so we now have a massive 5 sets of votes!
