Not keen on any of the songs really, and last year I liked 4 of them.

I think Monika Ivkic & Niamh Kavanagh are the best, though the other 3 songs are very good, too. ;)

All Kinds of Everything... sweet :D
The webcast quality is amazing, I think only Georgian webcast was so stable.
Now they interview Dana.
Johnny Logan =)

Leanne Moore - Does Heaven Need Much More?
her voice isn't weak but the song is still too cheesy for my taste.
Very simple background of the stage. And really simple costumes. Though she has stable vocals through the whole song. And she ruined it with that last "note".

Lee Bradshaw - Rivers of Silence
The song needs strong vocals and his voice just sucks. That's why the song seemed lifeless. It's like he came tired but he has to sing cuz the broadcaster demands that. Nothing special, the song is much better than performance which looked pale, imho. Though the end was better than the beginning.

Michael Graham - Baby, Nothing's Wrong
Gooooosh, uber boring. Though using saxophone is a good idea... but he has no charisma, imo. His voice is weak. Weird but I think he's teh best so far. Let's see what next 2 can offer  :)

Monika Ivkic - Fashion Queen
Male dancers are horrible. Not so strong vocals like in the studio version. And again ... male dancers, disaster. I agree with Logan... it reminds Beyonce ))) I like the studio version more than her performance.

so far I haven't liked anyone. And here she goes...

Niamh Kavanagh - It's for you
The best performance of the night but I expected more strong vocals. Backing vocals are messy and screamy. She has to change backing vocals most def. I liked her costume and how she performed. She looked stunning :D Btw it reminded me Titanic OST too, lol  But it reminded me Ireland as well, maybe it's a nice way to choose something that will stand out.

Honestly, I heard it and I didn't remember a single damn thing apart from the flute. :| Its better than Didrik for sure, but overall.... completely bland at some moments. The woman has nice voice and it seems that songs of this type will appeal to the juries and UK televoters perhaps. Ireland had a better song last year. However, with this kind of song they will likely qualify, as the quality of that semi so far is generally low and the fact that juries will like this. :) 1 point!

Just a 5 for now. I am not fan of ballads so... But I am really glad to see Niamh back in the contest. :) (Actually it'll be the first time to see her since I was only 3 years old in 1993 and my first ESC was in 2002   )
