Just listened to the songs with my brother. Not a single good one among them. Quality is beyond the pale. No wonder Guy Freeman was fired. UK bottom 5 for sure. Here is my ranking :
1. Surie - Storm 6/10
2. Raya - Crazy 4/10
3. Jaz Ellington - You 3.5/10
4. Asanda - Legends 3/10
5. Liam Tamne - Astronauts 2/10
6. Goldstone - I Feel The Love 2/10
I imagine Asanda will win, but I doubt it will matter in the end. There is no stand out entry. The UK delegation need to take a long, hard look at how they do things. The song writing is woeful and the lyrics seem to mostly be written by 12 year olds.
I came in with low expectations, but am still disappointed. What a shame.

"Legends" is my favourite. It is fresh, modern, energetic, it ticks all the boxes. I think it could do very well!
"You" is really really good, I can see this being a dark horse!! Such an amazing song!
"Astronaut" is decent but right side of the scoreboard
"Crazy" is ok.. harmless.. just a bit too simple
"I Feel The Love" its okay for an album track, It's not something to send to a competition, it just lacks something. Not a bad song at all
"Storm" This was the only song I wasn't a fan of. Seems like a last placer in ESC

If I could just send either "Legends" or "You" this year and the other one next year then life would be perfect.
I don't know what I am seeing in "You" that others aren't - I have a really strange feeling that he could shock a lot of people if he goes to Eurovision. I think Jaz will smash it live!

1. Jaz Ellington - "You"
2. Asanda - "Legends"

I'm almost sure first two will shine live as their style is good and they have very good vocals...for the third one I really dunno...

I don't like any of the songs, but I'd go with "Legends" as it is the most memorable of all, so the one with the most chances to avoid the bottom. It will be difficult though.

I agree a bit similar and I agree not as good lol. I was really hoping Ireland sent Erika but I am not hoping we send SuRie lol.
