05 - Brotherhood of Man - Save All Your Kisses for Me - 1976
04 - Gina - Gina G - Ooh Ahh... Just A Little Bit -1996
03 - Katrina and The Waves - Love Shine a Light - 1997
02 - Sandie Shaw - Puppet on a String - 1967
01 - Bucks Fizz - Making Your Mind Up - 1981

Hmm at least I love/like Top5, but in different order :D 1997, 1967, 1976, 1996 & 1981

I think number 15th is not bad, I guess it's a litttle better to be on 15th which is good position than be messed into the pot of all favs later on.
I have UK in my heart this year. Hope you will be at left side of the scoreboard, Top10 hopefully (or better if possible)!

Apparently a strong rehearsal for Bonnie this afternoon. Just hope she repeats it tonight!

I hope so. Bonnie will stand out from all the 20 something Idol/Voice winners that seem to be making up ESC2013. I hope the mature votes can carry her into the Top 10.

I really hope you're right. Everything inside of me is saying this will get top 10 easily and will be probably within the top 10 of the jury AND public vote.. and with the new way all positions of the 26 countries points will be combined, Bonnie stands an even better chance I feel.

A lot of people have been saying that we will do very will with the Juries if Bonnie does a good performance.

Seemingly Bonnie completely screwed up the jury final.

I appreciate United Kingdom to send such as songs 2 times in a row, this is what eurovision needs some dosage. I'd rather "Love will set you free" though, "Believe in Me" is so attractive. Female vocal might carry United Kingdom up.

Just how badly did she do at the jury final? Is it definite disaster or could she still be ok? Is there any footage of this?

don't complain if you guys come once again in the bottom 5 :?

BBC should take this contest more seriously and send real singers that are not close to death :?

That comments a bit offensive. You would call a 61 year old woman close to death? Lots of artists make the best works of their life around this time in life.

it was not my intention. I'm being ironical, but when you see Humperdick finishing second-to-last, and Bonnie having a quite bad jury rehearsal, it's time to ask some questions related to the bad scoring of the UK these last years...

I like the UK music industry, but the BBC seems not to care and sends singers and songs that are not made for the contest nowadays. And yes, I liked the Hump's song last year and this year's song too, but live, it sounded-sounds less impressive.

no offense ;)

The BBC are obviously doing it all wrong but to be honest, I absolutely DESPISE our music industry, at least the mainstream one. It's part of the reason why I love Eurovision so much, so I can escape the music that's played over here. The BBC are dreadful at picking songs for sure.. as it goes though, this is actually the first entry that I have really liked that we have sent since I can remember. I know it's obviously a lot of nostalgia speaking as I grew up with Bonnie's music (before I went onto other stuff) but I think this was a great choice of artist and song this year.

My dream would be for Jools Holland to get hold of the competition. I know then i'd have something to be really proud of. He'd find us a real good piece of music. I want something from my country I can hold in the same regard as "Suus".

I respect that. I also love "Total eclipse..." but I'm watching the jury rehearsal, and when I saw the gap bewteen the studio and the live version of "Believe in me", I was just like meh... I hope she'll improve for tomorrow evening, but I honestly don't expect a lot from the UK this year, talking about final results.

Really, did she do bad? I've heard on other blog sites that she did really well!

I heard it myself and she was awful. I'm not sure what blog sites you are talking about, maybe British ones?
