My quote and his have nothing to do with each other. At no point did I say she couldnt pull it off live. I simply said the studio version chorus is autotuned into oblivion. Obviously it won't sound like that in Lisbon.

Russia's studio versions are always crappy compared to the actual performance, so i'm giving this the benefit of doubt for now, but i don't really see much potential for this song to improve.

The song is quite nice, beautiful melody, not shy to be epic and reach the climax. Her voice is a bit weak, but that is due to her being forced to sit.

On the downside, I don't like very much the generic sounds effects, that make it indistinguishable from random pop radio songs.

And I thought, she wanted to deliver something more edgy and crazy. It's too safe.

8 points for now.

Serbisch und Russisch, wie mehrere anderen slawischen Dialekte/Sprachen, sind fast gemeinsam. Deswegen können diese Leute einfacher auf Ukrainisch/Russisch/Polnisch usw. singen. ;)

Anyway, when you have such medical diseases, it's still very difficult to pronounce some words properly. It's even much harder to sing while you're sitting on a wheelchair. Thus, I do personally think that Julia is doing quite well, even though she's being ill.

Y'all should stop with the autotune talk. Most pop singers use autotune in studio, it doesn't mean they can't sing. It just gives a more polished sound, easier to listen.

Yulia has proved she can sing live. Why say she won't be able to give a great performance, considering she has backing vocalists? What a weak argument.

It didn't take long for Russia to plummet in the odds.
When has that ever happened to Russia?

This sounds really uninspired... I prefer Flame Is Burning over this. 5 points.

2014? 2010? (before rehearsals)

Still, :ru: will make it through.

Of course, they will make it through. The diaspora is enough for this.

I love Yulia and I'm so happy she achieving her Eurovision dream but she really needs to work on her singing. The chorus doesn't even sound like its a human singing it.
