I think the worst part with all the recent Eurovision hosts, is when they're trying to be funny and spontaneous but it's so painfully obvious how rehearsed and scripted it is. And the jokes aren't even funny. I'd rather have hosts who made no witty remarks whatsoever, than have Baku repeated.

I agree. Not funny because it doesn't sound spontaneous or jokes are too predictable. Personally, I prefer something rehearsed than someone who will improvise, totally fails at being funny and ends up being totally irritating (like the semi-final hosts in Moscow 2009). This year, the hosts were obviously not funny but at least they didn't spoil the show.
