Hosting Eurovision must require lots of training: you've got to be funny without being clumsy, speak English and learn sentences and countries' names in French, still you have to tell all the voting procedures and stuff while the show is live and broadcasted in whole Europe and so on. Plus, like every participant, they are part of the country's image in front of millions of viewers. So they must be really under pressure.
That's why Sweden must be wise. I liked the balance of the german hosts: there was a comedian to entertain, a TV presenter who looked more serious to be in the green room, and Stefan Raab, who wasn't essential but hey it's the trend to have 3 hosts instead of 2.
