COMPETING THEMES (177)

1. All Around The World: a real-world country is chosen by the host. All artists competing in this event must be from the chosen country. In the case of groups, the majority of people in the group must be from the country. The song can be in any language.

2. AATW type of Spinoff but with NSC nations

3. AI Cover Spinoff

4. Covers & Remixes 5: everyone has to send cover or remixed version of a song previously entered in the main contest, including the original versions of songs whose covers or remixes were entered in NSC.

5. Major/Minor: songs changed from major into minor key (and vice versa)

6. NSC ESC Classic: any entry from any year allowed

7. NSC NF

8. Oldies: tba, the host can decide the timeframe

Shall we ask another one to host an AATW? Avalon is also on hiatus for actual NSC edition and it is now nearly 2 months ago...

Spin-Off hosting rights always goes to the one who won the last one with the same theme if there was one. So you have to win the current spin off (or have to have the best result from people interested to host) and you also have to wait untill people decides to have another AATW again trough a voting in this thread. So you will have to wait maybe a long time... but you can always suggest new spinoffs during suggesting time (announced here, usually starts with actual spinoff) and if your suggestion win, you can host it.

Ah... i will simply forgott that if i dont post it yet.

Suggestions
After application deadline, every participant will randomly receive the name of another participant. Everyone will now have to try to find 10 possible song suggestions for this participant and will send them to the host which will forward them.
After all is done, everyone have to choose an entry out of the 10 suggestions she/he received.

You have to make good suggestions to the other, because your countrys result will consists out of the points you made with the choosen entry plus 50% of the points, your suggestion made.
No one can vote for the sugesstion he made and for the entry he choosed for himself.
