Nobody I've played this to actually likes it. Could it be just whole Eurovision fandom overestimating the appeal and reach of Rybak?

Every family member and friend I've played it to loved it. So, differing experiences.

Although I'm not a fan of the song, I appreciate that he sings just like the studio version.
Kudos to him for that!
If he already has so many supporters with such an average song, he could easily break the current record with a 'decent' song that majority fans would back on.

He aint my #1 anymore after around 10 days. I still hope for a Top5. But now I think that :cy: should really win it.

This song has always seemed like one that the Mii characters on the Nintendo Wii would dance to at a party...

As much as I dislike this entry and think it belongs to the bottom 5/10 and shouldn't even be discussed about as a potential winner, I must say I'm a bit surprised to see that it is dropping in the odds since the jury final, I thought (from what I read) that he did a good performance? I know he's still at #2 at the time being (undeservingly high but whatever), but his odds still turned worse after the jury final. This guy is a showman, that's his strongest suit and the only reason why he's even discussed as a potential top candidate on Saturday (because most seem to agree that the song is crap), so if that didn't go his way then maybe there is hope after all. So are the reviews wrong about his performance in the Jury Final, for anyone that seen any of it, what are your opinions?

You really change your favorites so quickly. ;) :)

Yes, I had about 6-7 different #1s this Season :D
Cyprus is not my #1, but I really think her Victory would be the best for Eurovisions Future.
And she is a relevant singer with a relevant career, so she could make a good use of this victory, using it as a career-springboard, while most of this decades Winner are irrelevant unfortunately.

Lul what are the odds doing? The performance was almost the same as in the national final, it surely wasn't a disappointment?

Most people saw "Rybak" and thought it would be a free win without listening the song or something lol.

Still can't believe this went through, but after all it's Alexander Rybak. Mister cute babyface.
