Re: NORWAY 2018

Rybak is my favourite. Insanely catchy, well put together entry. Likely to have more appeal outside the fan bubble, but I understand the dislike. But the more I listen to Rebecca, the more I love it. If she beat Rybak, I wouldn't complain about that at all. Would be a strong entry for Norway.

I dont mind Rybak, not at all. It's the song I dont care for. It's not a horrible or even a bad song, but these kinds of songs just dont do it for me: Too happy, too cheerful.. The lyrics are oh so simple - but not in a cute or fun way....and when the sha-ba-da-ba part sets in - well, dont even get me started on that X-OI

I do see your point though - Rybak and his song would probably be a sure qualifier in Lisboa, and could get a very decent result.

Tbh, Moren Din is the best here. Shame there's no love in here for Vidar Villa. A song in Norwegian again, please. And funny too. I love it.
I know i'm probably alone in thinking this, but it is roughly 300 times better than Rybak's song  No doubt he'll win anyway.

Anyway, Norway always has good songs, but the best one's often seem to get overlooked, like Afterglow for that bland Icebreaker song.
That was rather criminal IMO.

I'm not a particularly huge fan of any of the songs on offer here, but I'll join your Moren Din hype train if you want xheat

I'd say the Norwegian selection this year is fairly beige for the most part, with a lot of differing degrees of "it's okay" and "it's nice" without anything spectacular. While I don't mind the entries from Alexander/Aleksander, I would definitely be happy to see an upbeat, quirky, comedic song in Norwegian take the ticket to Eurovision - so yes, huge shock win from Vidar Villa please~

Rybak's song should be called: That's not how you make a comeback.
This song selection is so weak that my favourite is Tengo otra. xclap
