I loved that feeling of upcoming apocalypse it gave me at the end of performance! I don't know did you think like that too? And at the end it was like all frozen, definately eye-candy, engaging performance and of the best ever in combo with the song.... but it wouldn't make such impact without the song, that has to be said. It wasn't just performance. The decision to sing in Romanian gave this special climate and more mystery-like. I loved the dancers, they gave the ending extra-ooph wow. I already watched it like 7 times ;D

Agree about all except for the dancers, they were unnecessary and maybe even a bit distracting imo.

Not bad at all, but it's just so old fashioned.... it's just exactly the kind of "East Bloc pop" the ESC doesn't need right now to maintain any credibility with the west and the younger folks. That alone keeps me from supporting it

Oh, what ESC doesn't need are cheesy WESTERN ballads like the Russian ones...

Genuine ballads like these though (even if a bit dated) is no problem for ESC though imo...

Wow! What a massive performance! Only Denmark and Ukraine put me on the stage on the same way! I already love this song from first listening in national final and I love it in english as well. She will be top ten for sure. She's already there in my top 10 as well!!!!

Moldova was pure ace! It wasn't in my top 10 before the rehearsals, but it went straight into my top 5 now. Wonderful voice, song and performance, puts all the other ballads to shame.
It's funny, as the exact same thing happened to me last year.

Moldova does mean business!

I agree with you all. I really disliked Moldova a while ago (I remember being pissed at how well it done in our Big Brother & other games, and with me being one of the few haters) but it just made a big U-turn and is now up there with my favourite songs. She nailed the performance and whilst I always say 'less is more', the huge dress worked with great effects!
