I loved Natalia Barbu's entry in 2007 and she should have won the NF in 2011 as well. I'm not usually the one promoting artist recycling but I think if someone deserves a second shot, it's her.

Dan Balan can't sing live (as far as I'm concerned)... his best songs are slow songs in Russian imo (If he could pull it off live, he could be a good choice):

You'd think though she'd just come out one year with a song like Why won't you vote for me? but she seems to gain more and more energy and shouting abilities with every defeat. I'd give it 5 more years before she just destroys Chisinau through shouting at a high pitch and stomping her feet all over the place

Moldova will most likely opt for a national final according to TVM. The NF is to be held at the end of February /early March.

I think there are acts I'd rather see than Natalia though. She's not even the best one Moldova sent so far imo (Hora din Moldova is by far my fav Moldovan entry to date). But with a good song, different from Fight and the stuff she entered some year ago, she could be ok maybe... all depends on the song... and I totally agree with you on the Romanian/English part.
