When it started the NF, I bet on him, but after watch the awesome performance by Vaidas and Monika, I think the duet would be the best possible combination.

I think it is a good idea. Even if Vaidas is good himself in doing the song, I think that this song needs a cheeky performance to survive in what it looks like to be a pretty serious semi 2. So I say go for the kiss!

I've only seen a rather short snippet of the duet, but it didn't impress me much. Him alone is way better! I think the lyrics don't lend themselves to a duet either and her vocals didn't convince me.

It's currently ~10,000 votes against ~7,500... I believe the jury will still have some sort of say, so it's not improbable yet for Vaidas&Monika to win it.

There's a jury yes, I believe it accounts for 50% of the vote. Another half is from the televote.

According to Wikipedia there was a jury last year, and I don't think the format's changed for this year, so I'd assume there's one this time around too.

Honestly, their duet doesn't even sound that great to me. I'd prefer Vaidas would win it and go alone. Unfortunately, that's not an option anymore.

Why did Vailas and Monika decide to team up? Is there a particular reason? I also prefer vailas alone.
