Also if you're lip-synching you need to hear the music and for this reason they needed earphones, in the stadiums there is a strong echo.
For a better audio on tv they weren't singing live.

Well they at least have to pretend their singing live I think at big events and locations like that lip syncing is usually the norm so its not surprising

They did a good job since there are many people who did think they were singing live

I believe its charting in Sweden because it was just featured on the ESC review show there. But it was on Swedish iTunes briefly like a month ago for no other reason

Its been a constant feature on Maltese and Swiss iTunes ever since Sanremo, both the song and album. If they don't get 12 points at ESC
