I actually like redheads a lot! Without being subjektive because I am German, I like the song a lot. It's a very authentic song and can hit you right into your heart. Even though the song might not be on top at ESC, at least it won't have a place down below.

This is one of the songs that had the biggest impact on me on first listen. I thought the lyrics had a good flow and were intriguing, but it wasn't until the second verse that I realized he was singing about a lost parent. That moment was very touching and made me love the song. You only experience that moment once, however and once that effect wears off, I have not enjoyed the song as much anymore. The other problem with the song is that the commentators will probably inform the viewers about the narrative beforehand, so it might not have the same effect and will come across as cheesy instead.

I actually doubt we will win it again. 2014 was a special moment, but this year there are enough teams who are simply better. But I hope we will come among the 4 best. Coming back to topic, I also doubt that Michael will win anything (guess that's for sure), but he will be still better than the past years! I actually like the song, but to me, honestly, there are so many strong songs from other countries that I have no idea where he will end up finally.

This has always been in my top 4, but if I had to rank the songs according to how much I empathize with their meaning, it would be number 1. The first time I paid attention to the lyrics I was like "I'm not crying, there's something in my eye...". I will be really disappointed if Germany doesn't do well this time.

I was really disappointed after the NF but the more I listen to it, the more I think it‘s okay. It‘s not in my top 10 but there is a bunch of songs that are much worse. I wish him all the best for a good rank.
