Another hoity-toity French entry i don't care for at all. This isn't the worst example, but it just goes right through me leaving nothing, though i have a feeling it will somehow end up on left side anyway. For now, no enthusiasm from me at all.

Having now heard the studio version, sod the naysayers, there is something special here that was lost in in the sound mix of the live performance. Another top 5 easily.

I have been so much uninteressed by the contest this year that i can't call it if it's gonna win or not. Thus said (and i did not hear the studio version yet), i can definitely see this aiming several jury points easily, maybe even top 5 jury-wise, top 10 overall. And i already know it's way better than Slimane last year imo.

The problem is, again, no surprise, no novelty, no fresh air, still another french ballad. ARA must love ballads. But it just brings nothing new and, tbh, we're starting again to be late in regards of what the other countries send.
In the meantime, in what's shaping to be another noisy and hysterical year, we can still manage to fill into this ballad rabbit hole, but for how long ? That's the question.

The studio version is not that bad actually... I can see this top10 of juries.

Perhaps my expectations were too high and that's why I'm disappointed. But for the moment I think this is not the best song Louane could offer. Especially the chorus in the later part is just not the explosion I needed - fireworks can't make that up for. Well... It's definitely in my top 10, maybe even top 5, but I fear France has to wait for another year to win....

The studio version is incredibly better than her live performance, though it gave us a sneak peek on how good her vocals are.

Plus, anyone thinking that Louane won't place at least 3rd with the juries and do a Mon Amour with the televote clearly deludes itself.

It's still placing higher than Mon Amour, people tend to forget that a performance elevates a studio version of a song. Besides, maman studio version is very powerful

Studio version is a lot better. I think they should have released the studio version/video first, and then used this opportunity for additional coverage. Expectations were too high and the song didn't really suit the situations, hence why some bad reactions

Im not impressed with , like at all.. This perfromance at the stadium with so many drums didn't give me good vibes at all.. And that echo.. And her vocal tone is so not for this ballad and for me generally.. I like the topic of the song and she interpretates well, but no..not for me.. Maybe can grow, but I dobt.. It is better than La Zara, but during the whole watching and listening, Slmane was on my mind and how better he was for me than this in all these pompousness at that stadium...

I like it more than Slimane's over-dramatic, lyrically awful ballad from last year. But it's not remarkable. The vocals are good though (and the performance is less theatrical than that of 2024). A 4? Yes.

Hearing the studio version and it's fantastic. It doesn't click in a stadium setting which was a mistake of expectations management. Wish it was less repetitive with the maman refrain at the end and overall Zoe Me has the better french ballad but this is a strong .

Right now, my gut tells me this will be extremely competitive. Another 2nd jury place incoming.

Song is great but not diverse enough like the Austrian one or crowd-appealing like the Swedish one.
