Indeed, that's a bit like a mashup of Bilal and Slimane. Which is not super... convincing, atm.

Her voice is great. I kinda like the song but a more powerful ending could help even more.

In any other year, this would certainly not be a winner maybe not even top 10, but in 2025 who knows.

The expectations were always going to be difficult to live up to but imo this meets them and more - it's absolutely stunning Genuinely think the sky is the limit with this entry, it's absolute jury-bait and I can see the televote getting on board too if they manage to tug at the heartstrings with the staging

So, from some quick research:
1. This is actually Louane's "maman 2" as she had previously released another song called "Maman" back in 2015.
2. It seems like it was planned to be included in her "solo" album but was swapped by the '9' interlude? As in her YT music account, there is a version of "solo" album in which 'maman' (maman 2) took the place where '9' was supposed to be.

Song is great but not diverse enough like the Austrian one or crowd-appealing like the Swedish one.
