Ok, so since it's pretty obvious what the bubble thinks of these songs and Saara's lack of personality/ insatiable hunger for fame/ insert gripe here, does anyone know what the consensus is *outside* the bubble? Does everyone there think she's the worst thing since hitler or...?
Enlighten me.

Well the songs that have charted during the week of the contest in the last 3 /4 years have consistently been the ones that top the televoting, so this is probably a good sign. Of course, if the song is selected, the charts those weeks will be more telling that the charts today.

I think she is overhyped. Monsters or Domino shoud go, Queens is just terrible. I have to say I am dsappointed about her songs, I expected something better. I didn't watch her in X-Factor, but judging the songs, I am scared of her, songs are aggressive. IMO, Finland should pick Domino up, but they will probably go with Queens.

I wonder if she wins UK televote.

See, this is what I don't get.
Why is everyone disappointed with her? It's not like she's a superstar of some kind, is it. She came second in a two-bit talent show. So why the expectations? She sings really well, that's about it.

Also, I know the songs are nothing special, so I'm not wearing my blue and white goggles saying this, but surely they're not terrible or awful or hideous. That seems a little melodramatic. Being as objective as I can, I can say I've heard much worse from several countries, this season alone.

If you want to see something truly terrible and disappointing from Finland, look no further than our Olympic Ice-Hockey team. I rank hockey way above ESC, so that was hard to watch. Compared to that, I don't care if Saara makes it to the finals or not.
(By the way, good on you Germany for taking home the silver! )

It's either Monsters or Queens for me as well, Queens feels more bold (even if some of you say it's dated, Monsters is as well so for me it's samesame) but Monsters is the safe choice for a place in the top...15?

The "I ain't scared no more" parts is what makes Monsters good imo, but considering it will sound different live, I feel like the song will lose too much of its spark. I mean, it's a radio song, not a live one.

Domino, on the other hand, is quite perfect for Eurovision. Just a bit average.

I think Finland will go for Queens. And have a NQ.

She revealed Queens will have the hardest and biggest staging of the 3. I wouldn't be so sure about it yet.

I like them for what they are. don't have a Eurovision winner in this trio, so the next best thing, as far as I'm concerned, is to wear something gaudy and stupid, send an absolute f**w**k of a song, and go down in a blaze of glory.

Saara, your looks on the runway this week left us less than impressed, and the songs you wrote for our talent show were more blasé than Bey..... Saara, I'm sorry my dear but you're up for elimination. It's time to LIPSYNC to Monsters FOR YOUR LAAIIIIFEEEEE!


In all seriousness though, just send "Monsters" please. We need a song like it at this years Eurovision. And throw absolutely everything and the kitchen sink at it with the performance (which I believe Saara can do). The song is growing on me (would be in my top 5 songs selected so far at this point) and we really need a euroclub song for 2018. "Domino" is inoffensive but too basic, and "Queens" I think will be a hard one to sell to anyone. "Monsters" or bust. Don't fudge it up.

Looking at those outfits now it's clear, she really thinks she's a drag queen. But a woman who acts and dresses like a drag queen is so cringe I can't even. Who is in her team? These choices are beyond tragic xD
