Right on I like those options. For me I have the Netherlands, Sweden, and France. I just watched Claude do Cest la vie live on Eva and I really enjoyed the sincerity of it. It really helped to elevate it.I dont have a clear favorite, its only happened 3 times (Euphoria, Fuego, SloMo) but from possible candidates İ would like to see France, Netherlands and Albania as a winner
I think we will see Slovenia, Serbia and maybe Croatia qualifyingAlso I want to hear what everyone’s shock qualifier will be. I am calling it Mila. I just feel like it will qualify. I just see it hitting the right chords with the right people.
Yes, I can see Mila qualifying. Also Croatia could be a shock Q if the staging is upgraded considerably. Also I want to hear what everyone’s shock qualifier will be. I am calling it Mila. I just feel like it will qualify. I just see it hitting the right chords with the right people.
Oh for sure I actually really like listening to the studio version but he will definitely need to upgrade the staging and his performance. I’d love to see it do well.Yes, I can see Mila qualifying. Also Croatia could be a shock Q if the staging is upgraded considerably.
We wont have shock qualifiers this year. This year is very onesided. I thinkwill take
s finalspots, but that would be small surprises at best.
I'm quite worried about Latvia. I like it, i feel it may be too niche for many viewers and could easily NQis one of those I have been on the fence about. I can see it qualifying but I can also see it getting no love as well. I love
, it’s one of my favorites to just listen to.
That was my first instinct about it too. I never quite felt like it was going to make it because of it being so niche but I also feel like that is it's strength at the same time. Given that it is in semi 2 which is arguably weaker, I can see a world where it gets through to the final.I'm quite worried about Latvia. Also the national final performance was really nicely staged and the girls can sing. If they can recreate that in Basel, they've a fighting chance of a QThat was my first instinct about it too. Who is this year's Kaarija or Baby Lasagna?
Big party songs with likeable characters that garner huge popularity before the contest and storm the televote?
Is there going to be one?
Sweden was also my choice here but for the sake of parity I could also see Australia here depending on the staging and Go-Jo’s performanceWho is this year's Kaarija or Baby Lasagna?

None of the songs will have that impact. Yes, we will have a televote winner but not with huge numbers like Kaarija or Baby Lasagna. It depends how many televotes will get Ukraine and Israel, both of them can drag many votes.Who is this year's Kaarija or Baby Lasagna?

Although I had eurovision memories, 2003 was also my first eurovision!! OMG!

Agree Italy and Ukraine are being slept on. There isn't much love for them in the fandom. I think these will do much better with the casual viewers than the fandom. I expect both to be top 10, nearer to top 5.None of the songs will have that impact. Yes, we will have a televote winner but not with huge numbers like Kaarija or Baby Lasagna. I also think that the bubble is underestimating someone ( Italy Ukraine Portugal ) and overhyping others ( Belgium Malta and San Marino ). For sure we'll have some shocking non qualifiers like almost everyear.
Agree with you on Malta and Finland. I think Ukraine will finish top 10 guaranteed. Possibly even top 5Agree Italy and Ukraine are being slept on. There isn't much love for them in the fandom. I think Malta and Finland will both underperform versus the fandom's expectations
