We'll see, I would be surprised to say the least as "sources" so far has shown that the Czech disinterest for the contest is as strong as ever, plus also Slovakia seems not interested anymore either (and they were always more into this than the Czechs were).

Kosovo wont be in it this year. and Unless ITU decide to recognize Kosovo they will never join. It would still be hard for them to par take because not every country in Europe who participates recognizes Kosovo so there would be objections. Especially from Serbia.

this map shows international recognition of Kosovo and as you can see, 14 regular eurovision contestants don't recognize Kosovo. if Kosovo debuts i'm sure more than just Serbia will withdraw and some may even refuse to air it.
