like I just wrote the whole idea about Iraq, Egypt, Qatar etc. entering is just ridiculous.

QATAR? You have got to be kidding me. Australia might as well apply, if we're getting on this welcome everyone bandwagon.

You can't see the injustice in this rule. Ireland, United Kingdom and some others will be able to join with English which all Europe can understand them. Scandiniavian countries will make understand each other. I am not sure about Balkan languages but maybe they can make understand each other, too. To the rest, they just sing by themselves and lose votes. Language rule makes even more neighboor voting. I am against to language rule but only if EBU may make a rule like "Every country must use their official laguage atleast for a verse." The rest of that rule is just disaster.

agree. All the Slavic nations have very similar languages, and through i fear bloc voting will begin to re-appear if language rule is put back in. Leaving countries mainly in western europe without a disadvantage, because they have more unique languages.

Again i agree. I think importing the songs is the reason many people are alienated against Azerbaijan. They don't use their own composers and every year do very well.

Kazakhstan has currently upgraded their broadcasting technical system, I'm pretty sure it could soon be within the EBU area (which btw seems rather old and not updated on EBU's page, but I think these days it's stretches further than what's shown on their old map).
Here's the latest definition of EBA what I found (2012):

The “European Broadcasting Area” is bounded on the west by the western boundary of Region 1, on the east by the meridian 40° East of Greenwich and on the south by the parallel 30° North so as to include the northern part of Saudi Arabia and that part of those countries bordering the Mediterranean within these limits. In addition, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and those parts of the territories of Iraq, Jordan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey and Ukraine lying outside the above limits are included in the European Broadcasting Area.

So the only exceptions are Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, but those countries were already members of council of Europe when they joined EBU. So I think Kazakhstan's only change to get membership in EBU is to get first membership in Council of Europe and I don't know how close that is.

Added Greece to possible withdrawal list

I don't believe so. Last year that rumor has been said very often than nothing changed. Also this year they got very nice results in sf and final. I don't see any reason to withdraw. Economic problems are not in this at all.

But last year ERT didn't stop its whole activity, as they will do today!

Yeh, ERT has been shut down. Apparently the channel has already gone off. The government said it will be back on air in 2-3 months with 50% less staff, a lower budget and a new format. This could really make a withdrawel possible. my thinking is that they will withdraw next year until they get it all sorted out again then return for 2015.

Lol If Tunisia debut the rest of the Arab countries would throw a massive fit at Tunisia for participating with Israel. The only way they would debut is if Israel withdrew, then i'm sure Lebanon would debut as well.
