I think I'm rooting for Ewert and the Two Dragons and also Daniel Levi (I've had a soft spot for him ever since 2017).

But who knows there may be some surprises.

Rap hasn't really ever contended for Eesti Laul victory. 5Miinust is definitely popular, but I'm not quite sure Eesti Laul viewers skew young enough to get them to victory. Hard to say without hearing the song tho'. Could be a stroke of genius and attract a wider audience, or could be a messy oddity. Will probably add some interesting variety at least, which is nice. :giggle: Ott Lepland compared it to Parmupillihullus so.. not sure what to make of that.

The Nele-Liis Vaiksoo ballad is written by mostly same people as her Uus Laul entry was. Personally I found that one a little dated and generic, but perhaps this one is more exciting. :giggle: Hard to say what her winning chances are.. not sure people will go for another ballad in a row if it's a middling song.. but if the competition is weak, we can't rule out a Birgit style win I guess. Personally I'd rather we picked something other than another ballad, but let's hear all the songs first I guess. :giggle: Maybe it'll turn out to be the best song after all! Of the Estonian songs, maybe Anet or Traffic could also stand a chance.

Yonna - I Don't Know About You

Cute modern mid tempo with reverb. Unlikely to make the final but a nice addition to the selection nonetheless.

Here's Where I Draw The Line is Laura's worst Eesti Laul song. Straight out the 90's and not in a good way like Cecilia. Even a dated key change in the last minute. :censored:

Ollies song sounds like the product of an AI asked to make a song with only Nickleback for reference
Ollie's gone more Linkin Park this time around though than Nickelback.

Laura's song is somehow worse than her UMK entry

I like Linkin Park though ollies music just makes me cringe

Inga has gone for the dark electro-pop club sound this time around for her song No Dog On A Leash.. Decent verses but not as memorable of a chorus.

I wouldn't have minded if Still Love was in the Irish selection to be honest. It's quite well done. Looking forward to seeing how Uudo and Sarah have it staged in the final.

Honestly same. It's veryyy Smith and Thell and I wanted something like it at esc.

I think Estonia would easily qualify with this.

It's the only song I've listened so far though.

I expected Ollie to be my winner again and this is exactly what happened. I'm so predictable to myself  xyaaay
All he had to do is to not deviate too much from Venom and that's it

Of all the rock music, this subgenre gets to my soul. Being compared to Nickelback is a huge compliment. No matter how overplayed they are, I'm always happy to hear them on a radio in a mall knowing that every person in my vicinity is listening to the same song xmusic

-------------Rock on, Estonia, you mini Finland, you-----------:giggle: xmetal
1-Ollie
2-Brother Apollo
3-Cecilia
4-5miinust ja Puuluup
5-Anet Vaikmaa

At ESC Scoreboard Ollie is the early Favourite as it seems.
Curious to hear all the Songs later.
