Oh dear, Ott Lepland thinks it's a strong entry but suggest to make it "vocally more powerful", i.e. he thinks Birgit should scream like he did last year. Not surprising. I hope they don't listen to Lepland's poor advice.

If they even consider this, wondering where this screaming part will be, as it doesn't suit anywhere.

Oh God plz no! He ruined his song with his over-wailing and screaming...

Kuula was probably one of my favorites until Baku where he kinda ruined the song for me. It's great to sing big and high notes when it's appropriate and Kuula had already big notes closer to the end but he had to make the entire song about that. No bueno. I think if he would have stuck to the original version, the televoters would have awarded him more points, it was just way too off-putting.

Birgit's song does not need big notes, I mean where exactly should she do a Celine? So I agree, bad advice.

Well, It needs something to set it apart, she might as well scream her lungs out to get people talking. It's such a boring song.

Agree, whatever climax "Kuula" had before the performance, Ott killed it because he left no space for the song to grow to a climax because he over-sang it the whole time.

He ruined the song, yes...but, do you think he would get a higher position if he would keep it like in the studio version...I don't think so! Unluckily, that's what most of the people expect froma ESC performer: you scream, you are a good singer! That's why He got the sixth place and Rona was 5th !!!

Juries think that if you scream a lot you are a good singer.Rona 3rd,Pastora 4th,Ott 6th,Gaitana 7th.

Unfortunately it's like that...even I consider Pastora and Ott as a good singers, but they got to scream so they could get more points. So, considering that, Ott's advice is not wrong...I'm afraid.

More changes:
Birgit will move around on stage.
Slight changes in melody.
Electronic piano has been replaced with a real one.
Strings have been replaced with string orchestra.
And there's a part where Birgit can now showcase her voice. :|
New version will be released soon.
They'll keep working with the vocals until Eurovision but they won't touch the instrumental part anymore.
Foreign versions are also coming.
Her last name has been dropped, according to eurovision.tv, it's just Birgit now.

Great news on the changes. This needed strings and a real piano so perfect. Also it needed more oomph so hopefully it gets it so Birgit can show off her voice more. Its a really difficult semi to qualify from so i hope they get the changes right because i think Birgit is a wonderfull singer and this is one of my favourites this year.Give her the right changes and i think she has a lot of talent and will really life this.My favourite ballad of the year.
