What a rude thing to say about a lovely young lady.Plus you need your eyes testing as shes a very attractive woman.
There is also the fact that she could be winning ESC in Malmo because the is a fantastic entry and her performance is wonderfull.

Finally I got the chance to watch the whole performance and song in good quality. But unfortunately neither the song nor the performance do anything for me. Yet another middle of the road, nice and easy, quite temporary danish entry - like so many times before. A likely qualifier.

It's a very pleasant, sweet, charming little song. With mid tempo-ish numbers like this, anything can happen.. Could get lost, could very well win as Azerbaijan did. I have a good feeling about this song however. Depends on what other countries come up with. This does seem to be turning into quite a strong year. For now I give it 7 points. It will surely grow more on me over time.

I think this is the proper Emmelie de Forest Facebook. She doesn't seem to have been signed to any label yet and there is nothing Emmelie de Forest at Spotify. Perhaps a bit unprofessional/overlooked by DR, which on the other released the song on Apple iTunes as part of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2013 (this we like not). I can't judge on the consequences, but I think signing to a label, "register" herself as an artist and release Only Teardrops in her own name ASAP would be a good thing. It is said "You should never change a winning concept", but I think the production of Only Teardrops is pretty lame and getting a producer who can edge it up a bit would be great.

Upon my first listen I think this is fantastic! A really great chorus line to hook the viewer in, a good show, good musicality. I've initially given it an 8 but I expect this will change and go higher over the next month or so! A real chance!

I think we already have an "overrated by fans" song and that's Denmark. I won't deny the song is quite nice, but she is not very good live and I don't see the fuss + I'm sure it will not be a contender even for the top-10. These folky songs don't usually do well, especially because the juries kill their chances.

She must have skipped several generations. I'm older than emmelie and all my great grandfathers were at least 70 years younger than queen victoria. And none of them had children before they were 25
(BTW, I'm giving her song 6 points. Very generous to a danish entry, I'd say...)

6 points.... thats great!!!! can't remember when I gave more than 2 points to a song from Portugal. So 6 points thats a top ten placement.....
