Well,rumors say that it will be Despina Olibiu.
The song is a powerful ballad in Greek.
The composer was also composer in 1996 entry of Cyprus.
And the lyrics are from the man who also wrote lyrics in 1998 entry of Cyprus.
BUT if Rik doesn't have an official statement i don't trust anything.

In Turkish sites they say Despoina Olympiou will be.
Listened her one song,it's nice.
However,who it is,the song MUST BE IN GREEK.

It will be in greek,but a pop-ballad i suppose,without any ethnic elements.

Powerful ballad in Greek:
Constantinos Christoforou as composer, although I can't stand him as singer, if the song is like the one he composed to Anna Vissi (Erimi poli) then again

Oh, I thought Constantinos was so desperate to go to ESC at least as composer, but I wasn't disappointed because he composed some really good songs
So the composer will be Andreas Giorgallis. And lyricist Zenon Zintilis. This song of Despina Olympiou is from these 2 men:
His name seems familiar to me, I did some research, yeah he's the one I thought, he composes many soundtracks of Cypriot tv series like these:
Αnd he is the man who did the orchestration of this song (not composed though):
With these findings, I guess the song could have also ethnic elements inside. The sweet voice of Despina can fit in a folk song for sure, she used to sing traditional songs before becoming famous.
