I expected some points from Turkey, but after seeing that some "friends" who usually vote for us didn't give us any points (Bulgaria :twisted:, UK, Malta...) then I said "no way"!

I mean, if we wanted to show any voice, we'd send her with a ballad. We sent a dance song, it's a song to cheer people up, like Norway's and Greece's song, they are not designed to show someone's vocal abilities!

^^ You are right the only dance song loved by europe was BABUSKIS' one last night I was expecting to give 2 or 3 points to Cyprus too but more I was shocked when we gave 5 to Rona.. I was thinking of giving 12 instead of Azerbaijan on at least 10 point for them..

BTW I live away from my parents in Ankara for University and during Ivi's performance my mom called me from my beautiful home city IZMIR and told how great song Cyprus has she just called me to tell it

Her voice was great last night! I mean, even Rona Nishliu or Pastora Soler would not be able to deliver this song live perfectly and dancing all the time! These songs are not designed to show the live vocals of someone anyway. the problem was the neighbor/diaspora voting mainly, and the not so good starting position...

Rona's & Pastora's songs weren't dance songs. Ivi HAD to sing & dance at the same time, otherwise she shouldn't have entered with a dance song. Overall the song wasn't that bad, but not that great either, but miles miles miles better than Greece! should have given those two points to Cyprus instead of Greece.

Besides 15th place is not bad at all!

Mostly the juries... Now I'm sure. How can Sweden give us 12, Iceland and Serbia 8, few other countries some points, and the rest 0? Something is really wrong here...
