We are still waiting news from 6 countries: Russia, Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Portugal.
I think Russia & Serbia will be in.
I am not sure though about Moldova, Croatia, Portugal and Montenegro.
And we don't know what Bosnia & Bulgaria are planning to do.

I would miss Moldova - they hat most of time good entries and some were also really funny.
And I would like to see Bosnia return. They had also many good entries.

Croatia and Bulgaria had shown their very special music taste. I like it, but I understand the frustration, that the European majority does not like this well enough.

Portugal (they missed the deadline for preliminary application? )

Well Greece would have legit reasons for missing it, especially with your channel shutting down and then reopening. Portugal has no excuse, at all.

Well, it's a matter of fact, that greeks usually delay to do important things or do them at the last moment.
That's why it doesn't seem to me weird if the same attitude is in Portugal.

Well, it was mostly a wishful thinking of the fans for Turkey.
And as for Australia, yes they may be permanent. :?
