I'm scared that they will ruin the staging like they did with "Truth"... how they still made Top 10 is beyond me it was so bad.

Because the song is good and Chingiz at least looked and sounded good performing it especially he did the mugham.

The song got top 10 in both the juries and televote. So it deserves its top 10 placing regardless.

I wish we had the studio version of the version he did in ESC.

They did rather well with the juries after years of struggling. The ethnic bridge though was really great and I thought they definitely deserved top 10

@DanielLuis yes, I remember the press center and wiwibloggs went mad after his "spirit" or whatever split from his body

I truly will never be able to understand how the Azeri delegation went trough dozens of rehearsal footage seeing that effect and never realized how ridiculous and cringe that was. And then the press center going crazy
Same for César's "ascension" during his 2018 performance too. How anyone approved those two effects is truly beyond me

It's the typical Azeri strategy since many years, they wait for the YT video to reach a certain amount of views to upload it in spotify.
Mata Hari is doing fairly well so far, half a million already. Maybe they might upload it on spotify when the video reaches 1M, fingers crossed
